Great item for use when I'm in campervan, stays hot for so long! Didn't even know these existed until a recommendation. Very pleased.

Having first considered using old thermos flasks to keep water for tea and coffee hot throughout the day, and so reduce the need to boil the kettle... (One of the most energy intensive appliances in the house, albeit used for only a couple of minutes at a time, yet with greater frequency) ...I wondered if something like a giant thermos was available, capable of storing all the hot water I would need for the whole day, and happily these came up in my search... the added benefit of having an integrated pump and spout, so no need to open the flask, and let the heat out, every time I wanted to draw water from it, and so reduce the time the water inside stayed hot. I opted for the three litre, as opposed to the larger five litre, so as to meet my daily needs... (Even the three litre is about twice the size of the average jug kettle... a big unit!) ...And only have to do two boils of the kettle in the morning (at off peak electricity times ;) rather than four or five, either to fill the larger size, or to frequently re-boil the kettle throughout the day each time I wanted a cup of tea or coffee. And so far, it's all working out as I wished it to... The two boils is enough to last through the day, with an acceptably warm to hot-ish cup in the early evening (after about 6-7 hours, the water is a little less warm than you would probably want for tea, so I do a top up boil about 5 or 6 in the evening, to last the rest of the night). I think it has saved a lot of energy in boils not made so far. The opening of this on the top is wide enough to get your hand in for cleaning, once the pump / spout plug fixture is removed, and the top cap, which opens back to get access to this also has a slot in hinge,so the whole cap can simply be removed, and put aside while cleaning. A couple of points that are on the negative: there are no rubber feet on the bottom, so when pumping water out it can slide around under the force you apply to do this... And indeed, the pumping action on the large circular pump button (the whole top), while relatively easy when the flask is full, requires a lot more force the less water there is remaining, a bit of work, even for a fairly strong fella like me :), and also, the initial pumps on a full flask requires only one and a half pushes to fill the average coffee mug, as you go past half full, it takes a few goes... so not ideal. (I'd prefer, perhaps, an optional pump lever for mechanical assistance, and some way devised to get even amounts of water each pump, from full to empty, if possible) Couple of other niggles: Occasionally, the cap doesn't locate, and snap locked to the flask when closing, and the large circular pump button leans a bit to the side when being depressed, and gets momentarily caught in the cylinder - I have to wobble it to the side a little to free it. And one curious point, there is an open / closed latch button which stops the pump being depressed accidentally, and so dispensing hot water - perhaps with something falling on it or the like - which is good feature, but open is given in red, and closed is in blue... which seems odd. But overall, it is doing perfectly well the job I bought it for, and could be considered as one of your solutions to keeping energy costs down in these times.

I have been looking around almost everywhere at the time of buying this product because I am a huge fan of these pots therefore I only wanted to find the best ones at a reasonable price. In my daily life, I use these kind of pots intensively and I do not regret purchasing this product! It does as it says in the description, if not more. I found this product to be really useful in my everyday life and even to this day, I am still using this product (which has been over a year or two now!). By purchasing this product, this has also saved a lot of money in my electricity bills because it required me to boil less water every day as I can just boil water once (let's say in the morning) and keep it warm using this fantastic pot which holds temperatures pretty well for long hours during the day. which is essential in my everyday life as I drink a lot of hot water each day or make hot beverages. It not only does benefits my needs, but benefits everyone else living n the same house as me. It's a fantastic piece of house ware equipment to have around which really does come in hand! As well as that, the product does not exceed over £20 and I have owned pot like these over £20 before in the past and this, by far, out competes the ones I have owned previously so far. The pump action is fantastic and even till this day from my purchase date, it has not let me down and everything still works as it does from day one! It has not only provided a fantastic service within my household, but I have taken it out to camping trips, holidays, to my work place and more over the past year. I am highly satisfied with this purchase and when the times come, I will definitely be purchasing another one as a replacement! Great service To anyone looking for a cheap, affordable and top quality air pot, look no further because I highly consider you to consider this product. It is also really durable and it looks fantastic too, I have dropped it in the past several times now and it is still working like it does when it wasn't even dropped! I bought this AirPod on May 27th, and after just two and a half months of careful use, it has already stopped functioning properly. Initially, it worked as expected, but now the insulation seems to have completely failed. I can feel heat radiating through the outer shell, which defeats the whole point of using an insulated product like this. There's no visible damage or leakage – the issue is clearly internal. We’ve maintained it properly, followed all usage guidelines, and stored it correctly, so this is not due to misuse. For something that’s supposed to last far longer, this level of durability is simply unacceptable. At this price point, I expected quality and longevity. Extremely disappointed. I can’t recommend this product to anyone – save your money and look elsewhere.

This flask was great to start with, but I have it 9 months and the seal has suddenly gone so outside to touch would burn your hands. It has been carefully looked after and not dropped etc so I’m very disappointed it hasn’t even lasted a year! Not great compared to other brands if I’m honest.

Lo compré para un evento en el que iba a asistir bastante gente, por lo que necesitaba un termo con bastante capacidad y que fuera fácil de usar por parte de la gente. Este termo cumplió con su cometido y aguantó muy bien la temperatura durante todo el evento. Lo recomiendo para quien tenga necesidad de un termo grande, que aguante bien la temperatura y que sea sencillo de utilizar para servirse el líquido manualmente sin necesidad de volcarlo ni manipularlo.
