Yes, Phenoxyethanol and Ethanol are both classed as alcohols. If you don't specifically see alcohol mentioned, most chemicals ending in 'nol' belong to that class

Is this thick? & suitable for very dry skin?

This is the best stuff I ever used for my dry skin and mine was extremely bad. I wouldn’t say it is super thick but but it’s not runny either.

Always until it’s open, I bought it fir my 11 yr old for when he’s older with skin acne etc so keeps until he opens it, he’s 11 n has odd spot already.
