Will the ic-100 work in the pilot kakuno?

Yes, just put a blue cartridge into my fine-nib Kakuno pen.

Is this a pack of 6 black & 6 blue... or is it 12 cartridges of dark blue (almost black) ink?? Thanks!

It is a box with 12 cartridges with dark blue ink, it is not almost black, you can tell it is blue but very dark. If you want beautiful blue ink buy the ones that only say blue.

Will this work for the Pilot Metropolitan Fountain Pen. It says to use IC50 Ink but black only comes in IC100

Yes, the IC100 works perfectly in the Metro fountain pen...I use it daily and do a lot of writing and a cartridge last me about 1 week and 1/2...sometimes 2 weeks depending on how much writing I do
