How can you make your pet friend obedient? The dog training whistle can be an effective tool for teaching your dog to follow your commands, such as stop barking calling him to you, sitting or going in a new direction.  The dog whistle produces an ultra-sonic sound that is easier for dogs to detect, and though it may take a bit of time to practice, and your dog will learn to obey you through various sound commands.  Instructions 1) Adjust the pitch & blow the whistle to your dog. But even dogs can′t hear all frequencies (your whistle has a nut and screw that adjust the frequency when turned). You may want to wait until he is asleep and gently blow on the whistle. 2) Continue testing until your dog perks up. You will then know you have reached a frequency he can hear. 3) Use the dog whistle with varying sequences to train your dog. For example, one long burst can mean "come", while a series of short, staccato bursts might mean "sit".  4) Keep your whistle commands consistent and your dog will always know what you expect of him. Change your dog’s behavior through training. For instance, at meal time, blow on the whistle before they get the food. It will only take a few attempts doing this before your dog gets good at it.

Definitely not Silent or Ultrasonic!
This is definitely not Silent or Ultrasonic. No matter how you twist the whistle to adjust the sound it can and will be heard by the dogs AND humans. It says something about a locking bolt to keep the whistle in the position you find works for your dog??? haven't found that yet. AND if you wear it around your neck on the lanyard, the whistle barrel will unscrew. Luckily I caught it before it came off. It gets my dogs attention when I blow on it. They seem to have quieted down a bit since using the whistle. It is definitely not what the description says it is, i.e. silent and ultrasonic. The whistle is annoying when you blow it, but if my dogs quit barking as much, I guess I can deal with it for a few days.

It's just a plain old whistle!
This "Silent Bark Ultrasonic" whistle is useless. It is neither ultrasonic or silent!Every frequency can be easily heard by humans. There is nothing ultrasonic about it.It might be useful as a security whistle, but I was looking for something to silence my neighbors 3 barking dogs without annoying people.I will be sending this thing back.

Careful when wearing around your neck. If not twisted down low enough it becomes undone and falls off

This dog whistle works great when used with a treat to train my dog to come. It is well built and comes with a nice lanyard.

Really tiny
Was smaller than other versions I've seen. Was still loud enough for dogs to hear from 100 meters easily. I lost most of mine when it unscrewed during a 2 km bike ride to the park. It vibrated loose and fell off. TIGHTEN the nut securely or suffer my fate !Update - Found the lost parts ! This time I'll make sure it stays together !

AMAZON ALLOWING TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION!!! WOW!!
This is NOT ULTRASONIC. It can be set to a higher pitch but NEVER SILENT. It is a cheap little overpriced whistle. A fraud! Dollar store whistles are better—much louder if you want.This has lessened my trust in Amazon. I was quite surprised this is permitted.

but so can your dog and naturally comes to itnow its up to you to make your dog happy he/she came so they keep doing somuch better than yelling
