Bellroy Hide & Seek Wallet (Slim Leather Wallet, RFID Protected, Holds 5-12 Cards, Coin Pouch, Flat Note Section, Hidden Pocket)

Being over 70 years of age I've had plenty of wallets and this is one of the best. The leather is good quality with a nice finish and it's stitched together properly. I like the contrasting colours to the inside/outside on the version I chose. And it really does pack all those credit cards and remain 'slim', although it can be slow to prise out the cards in the 'less frequently used' pocket as they may 'bond' over time. The 'hidden' section is a useful feature at the price but the flap may not lie perfectly flat if you pack the wallet. It's expensive but I think it will last and stay smarter for longer compared to many other offerings. I enjoy using it and it has certainly slimmed down my cards and cash baggage. Recommended.

I have had this wallet for a few months now and really like it (bar one small niggle). It is a slim wallet, looks and feels good and is a premium product. The only niggle I have encountered (and hence missing a start) is that the flap to access the "hidden" section of the wallet gets caught when closing the hidden section if not done carefully and sometimes notes get stuck behind the flap during daily use. Even with this issue I am still happy with the product and will continue using it.

I had been muddling along with a designer branded wallet that had become loose over time. All of my cards would fall out whenever I put the wallet down or took it out of my pocket. Added to that it was just plain bulky and left a large in my back pocket. I had seen ads online for the Bellroy range and saw that their pricing was toward the upper end. I wondered if the product was a result of slick advertising and nothing more or if there was substance behind the spin. Anyway, I decided to take a chance and treat myself and am delighted I did. The product is a revelation. It holds more cards, more securely in less space than my old wallet. It has plenty of space for European sized bank notes. It seems well-made and durable (though I've only had it for six weeks so far so I'll update if that's not the case in six months). It looks stylish and the orange thread makes for a pleasing contrast to the brown tone of the wallet itself. This would make a really delightful Christmas present for a gent you really like or a close relative.

I read the blurb and was prepared to accept a moderate amount of hype. Let me tell you, I stand corrected - this thing is like a Tardis, its ability to soak stuff up is baffling. I no longer have a 'baboon ass' when I put my wallet in my pocket, thereby ruining the line of a suit or pair of jeans (it's not as vain as it sounds, gimme a break). The Hide and Seek has a plethora of hidden virtues, and it's clearly very well thought out as none of the holders or pockets are without function. I actually found a pocket for a SIM card that had eluded me when I read about this one on the website. If you travel internationally and want to make calls with a local card then this tiny pocket will come into it's own for storing your regular SIM temporarily. Bellroy have dispensed with the usual zip or button pocket for small change, but that's not an issue either, because let's face it loose change gets dropped in the jar at Starbucks. I must have 12 cards, notes, bills and rail tickets in my wallet right now and it's gone from 45mm to 22mm deep. Come on Bellroy, invent the absorbing suitcase!!

What they've made here is good quality and it looks nice, it's just not excellently designed. I'd like to see female & male press studs attached, inside (so that they're hidden when closed), to pieces of leather that have been sewn in (to reinforce them), so that the wallet clips shut. I'm not a fan of placing my wallet on a table, for everyone around to easily be able to see what cards I've got in there, as it just hangs open. I also don't like the idea of placing coins in a compartment that doesn't zip shut. At the very least, they could have added another flap (like they've already got above the section for notes), to stop coins from falling out, should the wallet ever be accidentally flipped upside down. Good quality, although quite expensive for a design that's lacking a bit of thought. I do like that it's got RFID protection and it does looks like it'd last a while but I'll be on the lookout for a replacement that feels a bit more secure.

My husband loves this wallet, it's amazing how much fits in it and it's so compact, it doesn't have extra leather to bulk it out, but it holds a few credit cards and some notes, enough for what he needs on a day to day basis. It's really well designed and a really good idea to make it like this. It's so slim that it doesn't look bulky in any pocket which is great and also seems more secure against anyone that might have ideas about slipping his hand into my husbands pocket. We'd really recommend it.

Quality of the leather great. Design is traditional with a modern slant. Has hidden sleeve for important documents however can be hard to access. Nice to have though. Metal owl feature on the front is a nice touch. Lifetime wallet that exudes quality. I have other Bellroy products and the stand is the same

Es la primera cartera Bellroy que compro y de principio a fin en mi experiencia comprando estos productors fue premium y vale cada moneda que inviertas en un producto de esta marca. Mi cartera llego a tiempo y tal como lo promocionan la cartera es bastante delgadada, biene en un pequeño empaque similiar a un sobre, desde el primer contacto con el producto puedes percatarte de que esta hecho con la mejor calida de materiales, el color y textura son exelentes así como la insignia de la marca el cual en lo personal me parece un detalle bastante distinguido. Me llamó la tención el tamaño pero me di cuenta que había cometido un error al seleccionar el tamaño (que esta en la descripción). Al cabo de un mes surgió un pequeño detalle de manofactura y me contacté con soporte de la empresa para hacer balida mi garantía del cual obtuve el trato más cordial y efectivo que jamás haya tenido. Estos productos son tan buenos que tienen una garantía de 3 años lo que ninguna otra marca tiene en su rubro y su servicio al cliente es de primera...lo recomiendo ampliamente y estoy seguro que seguire adquiriendo productos Bellroy!

I absolutely love this wallet! The quality is premium, and it's slim profile easily allows you to put it in your back pocket with no added bulge. You don't even notice it if you sit down with it in your back pocket. I have about 5 cards in my wallet (the essentials), as well as some cash. I wouldn't recommend this wallet if you are going to try and cram in 10+ cards; it defeats the purpose of a "slim" wallet. The "Hide & Seek" feature is nice as well for hiding large bills (100's usually) and there is a secret spot to put a couple coins, transit tokens, etc. I also ordered the "Bellroy Leather Slim Sleeve Wallet Black - $99.99" to compare sizing, etc - but this one is better so I returned that one. And the metal Bellroy owl logo is a really nice added touch that none of the other models have. I also purchased the "Bellroy Leather Micro Sleeve Wallet Black - $79.95" for the possibility of using it as a front pocket or inner jacket pocket card holder, for 1-3 cards maximum. It held the cards nicely, but I wouldn't recommend that product for cash. Thankfully I've converted to a nearly cashless life, LOL, and only use plastic. Anyways, I ended up returning the Micro Sleeve Wallet too, as this Hide & Seek wallet was far better, in terms of function, for what I needed it for.

My husband is a front-pocket wallet guy who for years used a card-sleeve wallet. I wanted to gift him a slightly more spacious leather wallet ... but it was really hard to find anything bill-sized that was small enough for his comfort. The Hide & Seek was my 4th attempt, and the 1st one that got the recipient's immediate and enthusiastic approval. Dimensions: it's definitely larger than a card sleeve - it's not even the thinnest wallet I tried -- I was a bit worried he would find it too bulky. But the added dimensions are really minimal, and the amount of storage space you acquire in exchange is immense. I am particularly impressed by all the hidden pockets and the bill divider!! Speaking of all the pockets, It is a bit hilarious to watch a youtube video to understand the functions of a ... wallet... but I definitely recommend it. The leather is very thin (but strong) and somehow it doesn't feel bulky at all even when loaded full. The first day, we just filled it up with his cards & then weighed it down for a few hours with a cast-iron pan, to soften up the "hinge" a bit. Also, the construction reeks of quality. It looks and feels like a $100++ product no question & is noticably nicer in hand than any of the $50-100 wallets I found at various leather stores & department stores. Honestly it's a beautiful item. I also like small wallets myself.... buying him this gift probably convinced me I want a bellroy like this too.
