At first I thought ewww this is not gonna work, but after I saw the final work done I was really impressed. I learnt my lesson: “Don’t judge a book by its cover”. This is the best orchid bark I’ve ever got, and the are perfect for my small orchids, they look so great after all the repotting. I’m definitely ordering more of these.

Has some pine needles and other debris. Not something that would be a deal breaker as the price is reasonable. Plan to use it as amendment to my houseplant potting mix. It's not a huge amount. I am pleased with my purchase. It's just not purely bark like others I have purchased. Is small to medium size pieces but no huge pieces.

The large is 2-6” and perfect for what I needed. Seems sterile and durable.

I needed orchid bark to mix it with potting soil for better drainage. It worked well for that. Was bigger chunks than I thought it would be so didn’t work well for freshening up the bark in my actual Orchid. Overall good though.

Nice texture and size. Gives my pottings a professional look. 👀

I love this for mixing in my soil. Doesn't have the huge chunky pieces.

I bought this to use for potting my phalaenopsis orchids because of the size of the chips. After repotting one and giving it a good watering I noticed a couple days later the mulch had quickly dried out. I would attribute this to the thickness of the chips, about 2-3mm on average. I would recommend using this only as a decorative top layer.

Box in picture implies you are buying in bulk, not sure why there is a box pictured as it did not come like that is was in a CJGQ brand bag not a bulk box. Small chips which is what i wanted.
