ELBOW PAIN! The bane of tennis players. I had been suffering for 9 months. Within two weeks of using this in short burts several times a day, my tennis elbow pain disappeared. Just like that. Now I use it once a day after playing tennis. Elbow is still pain free. Simple product. Idea is not new. Similar to the "twist a towel exercise". People say £40 for piece of rubber??? But £40 for being elbow pain-free? A bargain!!!

Great piece of kit, with so many ways to use it to condition / strengthen wrists, forearms, shoulder to prevent future injuries. 4-in-one bar meant that I only had to make 1 purchase rather than getting two or more bars, so that I could use many different levels of resistance. I have been suffering from Golfer's elbow from last 8 months and all the excercise's on the Internet was not helping me either. Consulted few Physio's and Ortho's, who recommended Excercises & Cortisone Injections. Thanks to Amazon, was able to read good review's and thought to try once. Day 3 of use ... the results were amazing. The night pain has gone and Elbow is much stronger now.

I will update my review after a few weeks but the first impression is the band is very stiff to twist, even with no sleeve inside. The instructions provided are very poor and basic. I had to lookup, theraband flexbar videos for help. I have been suffering from tennis elbow for years, 14+ quarterzone injections and recent tennis elbow surgery back in August, thought id finally give a flex bar a try. The product is well made but for me, at the moment I find it tuff to twist, also think Simien should have some easy to follow videos if they want users to get the most from their product... See how it goes after a 4 weeks.

I was dubious. I've had tendinitus for 5 years on and off. At worst I would hold phone to ear and my arm would freeze there in agony. I've been using this a couple of times a day for a few days and it seems to have Improved my arm dramatically. I am using ice packs and changing my work out routine, so I don't aggravate it. So far it's a miracle. If the changes I will update my review asap.

We’ll made people are saying it dear but when u think about it u waste 40 notes on other things that do nothing for u !! Took some extra pictures as I saw on some comments they got no exercise sheet so if your one of them here the pictures of some exercise to do at home. Worth the money

Expensive but useful

The product is well made and the outer part has nice fluted grooves for a good grip. The interchangeable stiffeners that are inserted at the middle make the outer part the right size for a good grip. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought the armbar along with Simien's elbow brace. Couple those with performing a twist exercise with the armbar daily and my tennis elbow pain has been significantly diminished over the past month (you can disregard all the other exercises that come on a sheet with the armbar). Other online searches resulted in lists of exercises that could be done daily that "might" help over a period of many months. The twist exercise that they include a link to in their instructions got my arm stronger while the elbow brace alleviated the pain during the healing period. My arm hurt so much when I started that I used the armbar without inserts and only did 5 reps, 3 times a day. Over time I added the yellow insert and worked up to the recommended 15 reps, 3 times a day. Before buying Simien's elbow brace, I purchased a different brand with the air bubble from Walgreens. The glue holding the bubble in place wasn't strong enough to keep the bubble in the brace so I looked for an alternative. Love Simien's elbow brace! Comparing to what I bought at Walgreens, with Simien I got 2 for the price of one plus some extras (like a sweatband). And Simien's comes with small and large adjustable bands. I had to contact the seller/manufacturer about discounts offered that didn't show up in my cart. They responded almost immediately and took care of my issues with no questions asked. Awesome customer service!! Great high-quality products that work coupled with amazing customer service. Couldn't ask for more.

It’s a genius design, love that it can be progressed. It’s a roller and trainer in one, it’s durable. So much versatility and it helped cure my golfers elbow and strengthen my wrist and forearms. I have had 3 friends order the arm bar since I got it- I brought it with me on Labor Day weekend to the cape where my friends and I rented an air b and b. I had to ask to use my own they loved it- so they all got one. This is a must have tool for anyone’s fitness arsenal.
