Proven to Work by a Blood Test - Excellent B12
I can say with complete confidence that these tablets work. The ultimate proof of their effectiveness came when a routine blood test showed my B12 levels had significantly improved after taking them. On top of that, my wife used them for a couple of weeks and said she genuinely felt she had more energy. From a practical standpoint, the daily ease of use is perfect. The tablet size is small, which makes for a very easy ease of swallow. There is a slight fishy taste, which I find is pretty normal for B12 supplements, but it's very minor and not off-putting at all. The whole idea is to find a supplement that actually does what it claims, and this one has the proof to back it up. For the price, they are fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

I have a B12 deficiency. Have been asked to revue. I cannot say if they are working until my next blood test. So this I will say. I am feeling fine, so they must be doing me some good. Nice and easy to take and I had next day delivery. So far so good. This is why only 3 stars. I would of made a full review after my blood test.
