Good product but not fit for me.
A good product. But not for me. I had planned to put it internally on my post slot. But other matters overtook it and I used another product as the wind deflector. Therefore I gave one of these for sale if you are interested.

It does the job
The letter box draught excluder does the job. It arrived in good time. One of the supplied screws snapped when attaching to the door, so had to use one of our own & there was a small scratch on the gold metal, but happy enough and value for money I would say.

Easy fit … Effective weather seal.
Takes only a minute or two to fit and provides a very good draft seal.

Awful gold tone
It's an awful shade of gold but if you can get past that then it does the job

Letterbox blocker
The first thing that happened when my husband fitted what looked to be the perfect answer for our drafty letterbox was that two of the screw heads broke off - not a great start. Anyway, once he'd fitted it, it seems fine and definitely stopped the draft. However, when the first delivery of post arrived after fitting, the letterbox flap got caught on the brushes and jammed open resulting in cold air coming into the house until we returned home and pushed it shut from the inside. This regularly happens and in fact the top brush came adrift and we had to remove it. We spent a lot of money on a brand new, solid oak front door and I'm reluctant to remove this cover because it will leave six holes from the screws. However, it certainly doesn't do the job efficiently, which is very disappointing.
