I wanted a coffee cup just like the ones I grew up with 50 years ago! It is traditional and pretty! Its a "tight" 10 oz cup and leaves very little room for cream. The lip may be a little large, but all in all, I'm very satisfied. The accessories they give you make make up for the "little" pricey tag! Nice touch.

I thought I needed a larger coffee cup so had been buying larger cups. Last winter I had no heat in my house except controlled space heaters in the bathrooms. I used the hot cups of coffee or tea to warm my hands. These cups will be even better. The smaller size means only that every cup will be hot down to the last. I didn't like drinking tea from big mugs. These cups are also the perfect size for hot tea.

Although there is a molded place for them in the styrofoam packaging, the little spoons are not there.This is a small thing that only affects the product's value. The mugs themselves are very good and exactly what I'd hoped they would be.I will update this review with five stars if the vender contacts me and offers to ship the missing spoons.Update: BYCNZB responded quickly with an offer to refund the full purchase price. I felt this was beyond a fair remedy and accepted a partial refund to cover just the missing spoons. The refund was quickly processed.I can recommend this item and vendor. The mugs are of high quality and utility. The vendor was surprisingly responsive in rectifying a factory packing error. Five Stars.
