Traffic Light Fan (x1) - Feelings/Emotions Early Years Resource

I spend a lot of time advising clients and working with government agencies via telephone. I got these to help me communicate with clients during calls and find them useful when words are not always enough. The card stock is thin and seems like they will bend easily if not looked after but they are cheap so maybe not a big deal. They are held together with a plastic rivet type fixture.

These are ideal for those children who struggle to show their emotions in class verbally. They can either hold them up or lay them on their desk to make staff aware of how they are feeling without the need to announce it. They fit nicely into a pencil case.

Really helpful for positive behaviour support for my autistic son who needs visual cues alongside verbal communication. I attached each set to a stretchy key fob (ordered separately) & this allowed my son, his younger brother & I to wear a set on our wrists so they were readily accessible. Also simple tool that Nanny/Granny/Grandad can use when looking after my son.

Got this for myself and have found it really helpful, especially as they are fixed together. However, I do think that it could be made with thicker card as it quickly gets damaged. As someone that carries it around all the time it didn’t last long

These have been brilliant to use with my daughter who has additional needs. Helps gives clear instructions and stops any confusion. Well made and durable.

I bought this for my sons school, as my son has ASD and this was a great product that the teachers could take on the yard at break time and my son could let them know how he was feeling and when he was at his limit. As with children with ASD they can not tell you verbally how they are feeling, a visual card is perfect.
