BRIO World Magnetic Bell Signal for Kids, Wooden Railway Accessory with Ringing Bell, No Batteries Required, Ages 3 Years and Up

Lovely little addition to my son's train set. It's only small and, like a lot of Brio, is on the expensive side, but the quality is excellent. Oh, and the bell is quiet enough not to disturb you if, like me, your child plays with this while you're trying to get an extra 15 minutes' doze in the morning!

This is a fab item from brio and so great that it doesn't require batteries!!!... As others have mentioned it's not overly loud but for me this is a real plus... so many toys are too loud... it's a lovely little tinkle as the trains go past... it's not too expensive and my toddler has enjoyed playing with it loads.

So much fun! I read other comments saying it's too soft or doesn't work all the time, but this was not at all our experience. Works a charm, fabulous thing altogether.

This item is a great addition to anyones brio train collection.The idea of this bell is that it is to ring everytime a train goes past. It doesn't always work but my son is none the wiser and loves playing with it. The bell sound isn't to loud either so it does not get to annoying if you are the one listening but not playing with it!I paid under 10£ for this item and I would say it is definitely worth the money paid. It loses a star from me because it is a lot smaller than I expected it to be. I have attached a photo of it next to the box it arrived in.I would recommend this item.

The Brio Rail Magnetic Bell Signal was an instant hit with my 2 year 10 month old nephew and he wanted to play with the train tracks straight away. He and his 4 year old brother loved it and have continued to play with it. It is good quality and the bell rings when the Brio battery operated and manual trains go past it. The bell has a good level of sound. A successful addition to the set.

I've bought quite a few BRIO sets for my son, this has been a surprising addition.Most other items that add interest require batteries - the complete BRIO set has chewed through quite a lot, mainly from the engines. This little item doesn't cost that much (compared to other BRIO accessories) but is a great little addition, particularly if you can run a longer train (3+ carriages). The bell is loud enough for me, I can only imagine the bell is hard to hear (as reported in other reviews) if you generally have high back ground noise.

Along with a wooden train set, this was for my grandson's 2nd birthday, which isn't until next month. I requested delivery to his house in case it didn't arrive in time for me to take it there last weekend, but it was there already when we got there, having arrived very promptly, and securely wrapped. We opened it to have a try, of course, and it's great - I'm sure Rocco will love it !!It's obviously not been played with or used yet, so I am not able to review it properly, but it seems to be a good strong and durable toy, with a nice sounding bell.

Cet accessoire fait partie d'une grosse commande Brio pour l'anniversaire de mon fils. Je ne regrette pas du tout cet achat, hyper facile à intégrer dans le circuit, la clochette s'actionne à chaque passage de train et chaque locomotive. Parfait !

Super addition to my son's existing collection of Brio train system. Imagination and creativity at its best. It makes a small tinkling sound when the train moves along the lever. Good with battery operated train engines too.
