Neewer 100 cm Slider Slider Rail Stabilizer Carbon Fiber with 6 Bearings for DSLR Camcorder Video DV Shooting, Load up to 8 kg

What can I say? I haven't used this much but I bought this on the fact that I've had good experiences with Neewer's camera stabilizer as well as people complimenting the build quality. This slider doesn't feel that cheap at all. It's light, comes in a cheap bag but very handy bag to carry it around. It's quite smooth.I'd certainly reccommend it. It's one of Neewer's more quality, valuable products, in my opinion

Normally, I have no problem with Neewer products; and to be fair, i have no problem with the Neewer 100 centimetres Carbon Fibre Camera Track Slider with regards to build quality and design etc.The problem I do have is the length (100cms). It is, too long for me to realistically use with the heavy professional grade equipment i have and use. The wall thickness of the carbon fibre rails allow for too much flex and bend accordingly as the carriage runs along the length. To off-set this, i use two very robust video tripods; one at each end of the slider. And to be honest, it still isn't enough to stop a very noticeable rise and fall motion as the dolly runs along the rails.It would appear, it's back to the drawing board for me and my search for the perfect slider will continue...

My first slider so nothing to compare it to but it's very smooth, just the right length for my needs, and being carbon, quite light. Good build quality. Like some others have found it does kind of go off horizontal with the weight of the camera at the ends when on a tripod. I'll give it a try with light stands either end. But on it's own placed on a table or something it's great.

Very high quality and solid

Sort of sticks a little in the middle, as the pipes are slightly pulled inward due to where its been drilled for the plate. Works ok though, with a bit of patience, especially with a heavier load.

This is an amazing piece of equipment. It is made very well and easy to set up. Words can't describe how incredibly smooth it is. After using it for a while now, I still can't believe that it didn't cost more. Such a good deal.

Have this slider with my manfrotto fluid head with my BMPCC4K rig. Thought initially I't would handle the weight and be just fine as it seemed sturdy enough. After I set everything up and began shooting I realized it was pretty useless, constantly wobbling back and forth and almost impossible to get a consistent smooth shot. Really disappointed in the product and couldn't recommend it to other filmakers that have any sort of weight on their camera.

Maybe a bit unusual, but I mounted this on brackets suspended from the ceiling. I'm using it to help capture some overhead video. Previously I was using a tripod with a boom arm. Just so we're on the same page, I do not have this slider hanging upside down. It's level along the long length and tilted at a 45 degree angle along the short length. With this setup, my camera tilts down 45 degrees on the ball head to shoot straight down. This works out perfectly for my overhead shots for my 'how to' videos. I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the negative reviews, but I couldn't be happier. It definitely holds the weight of my camera rig with no trouble. It slides along the rails smooth as silk. The locking knob hold the whole thing securely when necessary.I should mention that I did have a minor issue with how smooth the slider worked when I first opened the package. It felt as if there was some grit in the bearings. Just a few slides back and forth seemed to solve that issue. Almost as if it needed to be broken in a bit.All in all, I'm very happy with this piece of kit

Por un precio tan bajo (80€ ) No esperaba esta calidad, aunque como siempre, Neewer lo ha vuelto a hacer.Tiene una relación Calidad - Precio excepcional.Es de carbono, por lo que es SÚPER ligero, tiene varias roscas en los laterales y en el centro para diferentes modos de configuración-sujeción. A demás de traer en los extremos unas patas plegables configurables en altura y nivel.El slider funciona muy suave por lo que cumple su función a la perfección, tiene una rueda para apretar y sujetar la "placa".También cuenta con un estuche de transporte, que no es de muy buena calidad, pero se entiende. RECOMIENDO SU COMPRA, SIN DUDA.

Fantastic little slider for the money, cannot got wrong with this, very good build quality and slides just like it should!
