Lots of health benefits!
Since I was a child I've never liked fish, i couldn't stand its smell. I had eye problems and my mum forced me to drink fish oil, it was disgusting. A few years ago I decided to take it because my eye sight started to get worse. I didn't know that it could help me with my depression. I just noticed that when I was out of Omega 3, I felt anxious, slept really bad and felt hopeless. I've read that EPA is as effective against depression as a common antidepressant. And when you don't get enough DHA, vision problems may arise. The tablets are quite big but with lots water you can manage to drink. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

The Solgar glass bottle tells its own story
Solgar products are not the cheapest but I know I can trust that they are great quality and always come in a glass bottle. Personally, I don't want my supplements to have a film of plastic on them.
