No after taste. Great form of vitamin C. Easy to swallow. Time will tell how great they are.

They don't contain ascorbic acid like other vitamin C tablets do and easy to swallow. There is no taste. Time will tell as to the energy levels increasing. The size is reasonable and good quality. Delivery cost could have been cheaper hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

Good clean and organic

After much searching on the net for the best Ashwagandha supplement. I was pleased to luckily find Time Health based in the UK. Most supplement companies are in the USA (or in India for this product). And then quality, quantity, price and the shipping cost all have a factor if you wish to buy it. I must say it came as a relief when I found a company in the UK that has quality, quantity and items priced reasonably. I also brought a few other products such as the Acerola Cherry for Pure Vitamin C and Adoptogen Complex 6. I think the people behind this company have put in much thought, as they give you the greatest quality products. I do hope when they get more noticed they will not increase prices. I feel they are a very honest company helping people and don't have ridiculously based prices. I hope they continue providing great products. My next purchase will be the Multi Vitamin plant based supplement. And I hope they come out with a Magnesium supplement providing RDA of around 400mg a day (as I will be the first to buy it) Well done Time Health. Thumbs up from the West Midlands.

As I wanted to take a Vit C that was not synthetic ascorbic acid I decided to give this a try. It's not cheap but I hope the quality of bioflavonoids will be worth it. It's early days yet - about a month since I started so unable to judge effects on my health. I'm taking this as a natural antihistamine and for my immune system. I suffer terrible skin rashes from so many foods and supplements and was fed up of all the various antihistamines I was prescribed, a few main ones that I'm also allergic to! I take this Vit C with food as it can be rough on the stomach. I take two with my main meal ( lunch) and maybe another one or two later with a snack. We shall see.

Have taken many different makes of Vitamin C and never quite sure how much bulking agents are used. I felt with this product that although they are not high strength what you are actually getting is something natural and good quality. Taking principally to help boost the immune system. My husband has a weak immune system and has found that some Vitamin C's tend to cause bad joint pain. Not so far with these. A bit pricey for continuous use but will buy as often as we can.

Don't be sucked in to believing that "food-form"/high quality/ bio-available vitamins need to cost the earth. I myself work in within the luxury cosmetics/ lifestyle sector and the price that some of these stylish health companies command is truly astounding[ly expensive]. TIME Health are offering truly exception quality at very reasonable price points. I now purchase all of my supplement needs from them. They offer a wide variety and are incredibly transparent when referring to their sources + suppliers. I also think that the pouches are an excellent, more eco-friendly option then constant plastic pots or heavy glass jars. As for this product, it's great Vitamin C; we could all use it; what more do you want?
