Koepoe-Koepoe Pandan Flavoring Paste, 60ml

very tasty and fragrant, although sometimes i wish it doesnt have colouring effect so i could use it to make dishes with that signature pandan aroma

I used it to make cupcakes so far they were pretty good I'm thinking of maybe making pandanbread people next word of advice don't put your nose too close to the bottle when you first smell it I spent a couple of hours before I realized I had a bright green spot on my nose I just thought the aroma lasted ages

to be honest, i only like to use natural pandan juice from pandan leaves but there are times i want to add a little more flavor and colour - so i mix with this. It was so good. My pandan leaves were finished the other day and I needed to make kuih bakar (malaysian dessert) and i only used the paste. wasnt expecting it to be great but it surely was.

I used to buy fresh pandan leaves, blend it and filter with cloth, with this product, it’s make my bakery much more easy and simple 👍👍. Smell so nice too

Don't know how it goes with pastry or something else,but it selves smells terrible I am not going to use it

This flavouring paste has a very strong and powerful smell of pandan. I have it stored in my baking cupboard and every time I open the door to get something out I get a whiff of it. I have used this a few times when making Indonisian Kuih Lapis (Steamed Layered Cake).The liquid is a vibrant green colour. You only need a few drops of the paste so one bottle will last a long time. I bought the option for 3 bottles so I doubt I will be buying again anytime soon.It is Halaal.
