Stainless Steel Whipped Cream Dispensers (500ml) Premium Cream Whipper

A fantastic product! I have been using this to especially make whipped cream for the best Hot Chocolate drinks.I use full fat double cream (500ml), 2 tablespoons icing sugar and two drops of vanilla essence. I pre mix the ingredients in a jug to ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved before adding to the cream Whipper. After assembly of the Whipper and charging with a gas canister, I have found that between 5 - 12 good shakes are required to give the required consistency. Be careful to not overshake as the resulting cream may become too thick to be ejected from the Whipper. I found by trial and error that it is best to give a good 5 shakes then test. If the cream is not thickened sufficiently, give the canister another two firm shakes and try again. By gently rocking the canister back and forth, you should soon develop a feel for the movement of the contents in order to determine the thickness required.Overall I am delighted with the performance and quality of this product and would highly recommend it to others. Oh, by the way, don’t forget to pop 2 -3 marshmallows in the hot chocolate before adding the cream and finish with a dusting of chocolate for the perfect treat!😀

I am really happy with my ICO cream whipper. It feels very sturdy and perfect for cold and hot preparations. I have used it several times now and the results are very good and consistent. The steel construction allows you to heat up your "espumas" for serving, and it is simple to clean. You can find a video in youtube explaining how to do it. It takes less than 5 minutes to have it ready.I left it in the fridge loaded for 3 days and no pressure was lost, which is a great signal of the quality of the product.The nozzles and trigger mechanism is also stainless (only one decorative nozzle is made out of plastic) and they are easy and fun to use.Just remember to buy some gas canisters as none were included with my cream whipper, it would have been a nice detail, but considering the quality and the price, it is a small compromise to make.

Haven't tried it with hot items yet but cold sauces work very well.

This has been excellent so far - I bought it for my partner who infuses gin with fruit and spices, and had heard that the process could be done rapidly using a cream whipper. I did a lot of research and this one seemed like it had the best balance of quality and price, and that has certainly been the case so far.All of the parts are incredibly study, made of thick stainless steel and metal - no plastic parts to risk damaging due to high pressure. It's heavier than I expected, but this just makes you feel certain of the safety and sturdiness of the whipper. We've used it with the ICO gas canisters and have been able to infuse a number of wonderful gins!For results, see @mousehousegin on instagram :)

Arrived quickly and well packed. Contents in good condition and all present. It looked well made and sturdy. So overall a score of 5 for that.I bought the whipper to experiment with foams. My results were mixed, but that was probably down to me. I tried making a whipped cream and it worked well. No leaks or blockages so as a cream whipper (which it is advertised as) it whips well, so 5 for that too. It would have been nice if they had included some other recipes to try.

DO NOT BUY ANY WHIPPED CREAM DISPENSERS as there are no N20 canisters available in the U.K. unless you are a commercial catering company, not even the U.K. supplier can supply as they cannot be imported. N20 is classified as a Class C drug so canisters are unavailable for ordinary people to make whipped cream at home.

I personally, really like the ICO Cream Whipper. I had few different ones from different brands and this ones is one of the best ones. The process of making is really fast and easy. I love the fact that you only need few seconds and the cream is ready to eat. I use this product not only for making the whipped cream for decoration but I also use it whenever I feel like eating a whipped cream on its own, as it it so easy to make. I am so happy with the product and really recommend it to everyone who's thinking about getting one.

Very disappointed with this ICO Professional Whipped Cream Maker. It's a quality build but I have tried it with 3 lots of cream and yet to get a satifactory result. I have followed the instruction exactly as published, but I am not getting enough pressure the eject the cream with any force, certainly not like the online video shows. The pressure then runs out and when you open the device, it is still full of whipped cream. All parts have been thoroughly cleaned each time and I've tried the differnt nozzels which are supplied to no avail.I am using 8.2g SupremeWhip Cream Chargers - maybe the chargers are at fault, but so far very disappointed

I have had this dispenser for 5 years now, and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. We use it constantly to keep whipped cream on hand for desserts, berries, coffee, etc. I tried other dispensers, but the threading wore down, plastic parts broke, or it couldn’t go in the dishwasher. This ICO dispenser is in the same shape as the day I bought it, and I’m very happy with it.It’s so easy to use: prepare your whipped cream (sweeten, add vanilla or other flavouring), pour into the chilled dispenser, put the lid on, add gas, shake & you’re ready to go.A few tips: After each use, take the entire lid apart and clean all parts really well (a pipe brush is provided), otherwise it will get moldy. The dispenser and most steel parts can go in the dishwasher, but not the silicone seals; I’ve found whipped cream stays firmer & fresher if I use one N2O cartridge per cup of whipped cream; Rinsing the decorator tip with warm water before returning to the fridge will prevent it from getting clogged with dried whipped cream.5 stars!

I love this whipped cream dispenser. I have been using it for a few weeks now, and I can say it is worth the money. It is expensive up front, but I love knowing that it is durable and will hold up to rough usage. The best part is that you will have it for a long time, and the only things you have to buy are the heavy whipping cream and the chargers.It's also dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning much easier.If you're looking to buy once, I'd highly recommend this dispenser.

J'avais acheté le même en 1 litre mais il fallait 2 capsules de gaz. Celui-ci est très pratique pour les recettes en petite quantité. On sent que c'est de la très bonne qualité quand on le manipule.Il y a 3 embouts et non 2 prévus au descriptif (2 aciers droits et un plastique décoration). Par contre la brosse nettoyante est trop grosse pour être introduite dans le piston de la tête donc impossible de l'utiliser (je prend celle de mon vieux siphon de 1 litre qui est beaucoup plus mince).

Very unhappy to receive a product like this. Not sure if it is working or not as just received it yesterday. Instead of 3 stainless nozzles got only 2 come as stainless but one is plastic. Not recommended at all.
