Bought this for a friend's little boy for a birthday present....The reason I went for this model was due to it being advertised as being very strong / robust as the intended recipient can be a bit hard on his belongings especially gaming stuff due to a health condition so hopefully this should stand up to being thrown around a bit.I am not going to pretend to be either a gaming expert nor an audiophile but I tested them on arrival to ensure they worked ok before boxing them back up for the child's birthday party. Very simple to use and set up as the headset comes with an audio adapter so you plug the headset jack into the adapter which then splits off into to jacks one for the mic and the other for audio or if you don't want to use the mic you can do away with the adapter and just plug the headset straight into a headphone jack.The headphones do indeed appear to be well made and I gave everything a good twist and squeeze. There are inline controls on the headset's cable which features a volume dial and also two buttons to mute both the mic and audio. The microphone slides in and out of the left hand headphone so can be pushed in out of the way when not in use or extended to suit requirements.I didn't try these with a game because my gaming days are few and far between at 37 but I tested a few audio tracks and bits of a tv show, movie and YouTube video through them using both my computer and phone as the source and sounded very good with nice clear and crisp audio, deep bass and just sounded very good.So all in I am very pleased with the build / strength of the headset given the special requirements needed, the audio quality and the price so can't really say much more. Good product for a good price.

These are a great set of gaming headphones. I bought these to play online multiplayer on PS4 and PC and so far I have had no problems at all. Sound quality is good and punchy, and chatting to friends while raiding is easy and clear. I had no dropouts and my mates never struggled to hear me online through the clear microphone. The mic is not intrusive and doesn't get in the way while gaming. The headset is very well padded and extremely comfortable - perfect for long sessions. They are large but light, and feel well built without being too chunky. They are quite large but most of the bulk is lightweight padding which helps with comfort. The mute buttons on the side of the braided cable is large and easy to turn on and off quickly while gaming. The braided cable is excellent quality and doesn't tangle horribly. Even the 3.5mm headphpne jack is well built and well insulated. Very impressed and will be very well used!

I've really been impressed by the sound quality from these headphones. I don't do a huge amount of gaming but occasionally like a game of COD and the difference between my surround sound speakers and these headphones is incredible. You get a really high quality sound and can hear people sneaking up on you. The WWII effects are great through these headphones.They are also quite comfortable to wear for short periods of time (I can't make any comments about longer periods because I usually only play a game or 2 at a time) and the volume can be easily adjusted via the switches.In the past, I have worn Turtle Beaches but recently I switched to a surround sound system because I felt like the sound is better, but these have convinced me to switch back to headphones again

This headset is perfect. It has crystal clear sound quality with deep bass, a strong braided cable and build, a great sounding retractable mic, sturdy metal reinforced headband adjusters and not to mention they are very comfortable for long uses of gaming and come with a carrying pouch.With this headset I am easily able to hear footsteps enabling me to locate my enemies with ease. The deep bass allows gunshots to sound realistic and it feels as if these are surround sound as I've owned Hyper X Cloud 2 which are and these sound better.Overall I think this gaming headset is amazing as you can't go wrong with the price but make sure you use Amazon prime to get them half price, however, they are well worth the money and to add to this you get an 3 year warranty so I strongly recommend this headset. The only con I would say is that the cable is long and can get tangled relatively easily due to it being braided

So I've had this headset for over 6 months now and I can honestly say its hands down one of the best purchase I've made on amazon. If you have never used a headset whilst gaming like myself you'll be amazed at how much of a better playing experience you get with these.I previously had the turtle beach recon 60p headset and this headset is MUCH better! The sound quality and build quality are much more superior and to top it all off it's cheaper!After the first month of owning the headset I started to experience a minor problem with my original pair however I simply sent the seller an email explaining my problem and they sent another headset out straight away.Would 10000% recommend this brand.

Very good quality. I love the microphone.As you see in the picture, it only has 1 single plug, but they give you an extentions for separate sound and voice input.- Also, this is the first headset that has retractable mic. It makes gaming so comfortable without having to get a mic stuck in your mouth when you dont need it, and also the mic can be bent all you want, super comfortable. I love this headset, and the £30 price underates it really. I recommend with pride.

Really disappointing. The mic quality is really bad barely even works, the audio is ok not very good either. Waste of money really.The audio is now acting weird. This was such a waste of money.

The quality is good but occasionally I get loud static coming through my audio which makes playing games difficult. To solve the solution, I just take out the audio jack and plug it back in but this can be tedious when playing intense games like fortnite and rainbow six siege. The cable is definitely long enough for most gamers.
