I have never, ever, liked protein drinks! I mean, never. That is, until I found this amazing drink! After sitting behind a computer for over a decade and letting my once perfect health go out the window, I have decided to change my life, with one goal, to live as long as I can, with no medications!!! Too be happy, healthy, and strong! When you go from completely out of shape, to 6 weeks in, your life is a new gift to you! When you start seeing the fat melt away, and the muscle replace it, it does what nothing else can do for you, it reminds you of how great things can be again! After going for a full blood test, I realized that I was right on the edge of disaster, right around the corner. With friends and family getting older and sicker, and dying, I knew I had to do the one thing that can extend your life, lift weights!!! I am recording the whole journey and excited about life again, with a 32 dollar gym membership, a better diet, and good supplements. You still have to put in the work, so I stay off the phone! I have promised to never turn back again, ever! If I can do it, you can do it! This stuff tastes fantastic!!! I used to dread drinking protein, now I can't wait!!! 1 scoop with organic almond milk(non-sweet) a few cubes of ice(mandatory! Blend and enjoy. Health is priceless, and getting healthy is the most affordable way to find true happiness, IMO. Doesn't matter how long you have been out of the game, or have been at your worst, start RIGHT NOW!!! For the price, this whey protein is actually a pretty decent option. The chocolate flavor tastes better than expected and mixes fairly well with milk or water without leaving too many clumps. I also like that it includes a large amount of protein per serving, which makes it useful for post-workout shakes or simply adding extra protein during the day. That said, the flavor is a bit sweet and the ingredient quality doesn’t feel as premium as some higher-end protein brands. Still, considering the quantity and cost, it offers good overall value. If you’re looking for an affordable everyday protein powder and don’t want to spend a fortune, this one gets the job done.

This is my new Go-To for breakfast!! I add a scoop over some ice, a bit of strong cold coffee, a splash of caramel syrup and top off with 2% milk. Blend and enjoy!! Great Frappe! This keeps me going till the early evening. No hunger pains and a bit of energy to keep me going. I use for the protein to get me and keep me going to get my work done. Im 58 (Yikes) and its not just for the young and body builders!! Managed to lose a few pounds in the process :) I have tried many other brands and NONE do it for me like this brand!! Many were very gritty, tasty off and left me hungry after a few hours. Not this one! It blends up super smooth and taste great!! I have only tried the chocolate so far and its a winner!!

Amazing protein. Just tasted great and had amazing value. Definitely try the other flavors as well. Body Fortress was my first protein powder, and I’m so glad it was. Still use it 9 months later. (Didn’t last that long, just bought more)

Really 2.5 for me, I gave it the extra half star since I am rating it on the following which is subjective at best. I have been using this protein drink (Chocolate) for years, and I was happy with it. I gave it a 4.5 out of 5. It tasted good, mixed well, and had a good consistency. This is based on using it with a blender only, with a "thick shake" setting. Recently, something changed. The price increased by about 10% to 20% and the amount decreased by about 10%, from 2lbs to 1.78lbs. This annoyed me, but was not enough to give it up. I understand that things go up sometimes, not enough to change my rating, so I re-ordered. When I tasted it I realized something had really changed. The taste was… different, and not in a good way. It's hard to describe, but it tasted "artificial," definitely not what I was used to. The taste was strange; previously it tasted like a milk shake, I could not tell that there was anything artificial in it. But now… it was not good. It was tolerable, I have tasted worse protein drinks, but it definitely was not what I was used to from this brand. I then compared labels from the old to the new. The only difference was at the end of the ingredients it listed an "immune support blend" of C, D and Zinc. I don't see how this alone could change the taste so much, but something did. I used to alternate between this and the "Naked Whey" brand, since the "Naked Whey" was a lot more expensive and it did not taste as good, .but was all natural. Unfortunately, the taste in the new version is bad enough for me to give it up completely.
