Seems like a good optically clear silicone
I purchased this because I wanted a very small amount of optically clear silicone (MOQ was less than Sylgard 184). I have been compression molding the silicone which isn't really how it is meant to be used but the results have been good. Only complaint is that the surface is still a little bit sticky after curing. I can't really blame this on the silicone though - the problem could be the mold-release that I am using.

Never cures at 40f
I've let this sit for a week at 40f and it's still a sticky mess. I'll have to wait for the weather to change and try again.
