Amazing, have helped my skin and bloating. Easy to take and don’t have a bad taste. Have had no negative reactions so far. Also worth to note to women out there that these can affect your period, personally this has been a good thing as they are less painful and my hormones feel a bit more stable.

Good Value for Money

In 2025 my 86-year-old mother survived a massive heart attack. As a result she’s on 10 tablets a day which cause havoc to her system. Prior to the attack she also had gastric issues and was on a well-known brand for this almost daily. It would cause her painful bloating and other issues. She was also getting bad diahorrea from time to time and was quite miserable overall. While she was recovering I noted that she seemed to tolerate yoghurt really well and found Optibac, checking that there were no issues with her heart medications. I told her to take them for at least a week, warning that she might have early side effects but to push through those. The results: She ‘s just finished taking them for a month.
