Rocky Creek Gear Lock (New)

Excellent little gadget to secure motorbike helmet to the bike and long enough to thread through my jacket for those summer days when I don’t want to carry my gear around with me. The little bag it comes in makes it easy to store and It fits neatly into a tank bag.If someone was determined to steal your gear and had cutters I’m sure they would succeed but this will definitely scupper the opportunist thief.

Looks reasonable for the price ,however ,the tiny screw to change the combo lock quickly got knurled up when changing the code for the first time. As I won't be changing the numbers again shouldn't matter !

Delivery was quick - the lock was well made and nicely finished - although a more sturdy cable would give greater confidence.

Really a lot thinner than I expected for £25, could snip through with any old bolt croppers, ah well live and learn

I love this lock - it's really easy to use and is long enough to lock my motorcycle jacket and helmet to my bike at the train station. It's also long enough to lock two or three bikes together to something secure. I wouldn't use it when road biking as too bulky for a cycle jersey but other than that perfect.

Good quality lock with sturdy locking mechanism and combination. BUT one of those annoying purchases where you're not told that you need another tool in order to get it working. In this case it is a miniature flat head screwdriver so the code can be reset.

This is a code padlock with the usual pre-set simple code which you can change. However when it arrived it was clearly already used by someone as it had a different code put in and couldn't be reset. Arrived just before I did my trip so there was nothing I could do about it. Very frustrating and waste of money. The product may be good, however the supplier clearly sent out something that didn't work.
