Bear in mind when reading these reviews that Amazon may be consolidating reviews of different Fintie covers. I purchased the one for the Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 and am very happy with it. The quality is fairly good especially when you consider the low price. The material is obviously synthetic and the edges of the front flap are unfinished (you can see the layers its made up from), but that's to be expected at this price. The case provides good protection to the corners of my tablet as well as the back and front although it wouldn't provide much protection from heavy loads on the screen. All ports and buttons are easily accessible and the flap folds into a nifty stand. The only thing to be careful of is that it uses magnets, so you may want to keep it away from anything that might be adversely affected by magnetism, such as bank cards. If I get 12 months or more out of this I shall be happy.

Very pleased with this case, I can't believe it is under £10 - the quality is great. It fits my new tab S2 8.0 perfectly, no chance of the tablet accidentally falling out of the case. It is a very light and slim case, so suits the ultra slim S2 really nicely, however be aware that such a thin case will not provide the most robust protection that you would get from a fat, heavy cushioned case. For the careful user this case is perfect, it is amazing value too, I bought a similar quality case (poetic brand) for a Nexus 7 last year and it was more than twice the price.

Bought as a replacement for what i thoight was the same Fintie case, but the design seems to have been improved. The first case was good but the corners seemed weak to me and one of them hairline fractured when i fitted it. Lasted a year or so a though after a few tumbles courtesy of the clumsy missus. So when this arrived the forst thing i looked at was the corners and they appear to have been reinforced. No fracturing when fitting and going strong so far! No tumbles yet though (that i know of). The fitting is not 100% but not far off and i've no worries about the tablet escaping. The stand folds into a desktop configuration and sits at a good angle. This also makes for a comfortable enough left-handed grip for use while walking though probably not for larger hands. Magnetic cover works flawlessly with the screen wake/sleep function.

Suited my tablet perfectly

I have purchased one of these cases previously and it fits the tablet and is very slim the only problem is that the plastic used in manufacture is too brittle and within a short period of time I am expecting the corners to start breaking off rendering the case useless for its purpose. There are any alternative plastics that would do a better job, I wonder in fact if it is built in obsolescence?The alternative cover that I could purchase for a little more money would I am sure last a lot longer and possibly hold the tablet even more safely? The snag is it is much more bulky in design and so would not suit my purpose. So I am left with this product which I know will not last too long but does provide some protection without being too bulky.You pays your money and makes your choice

I ordered this item and it was delivered on 17th May '24 it's now 11th July. In less than 8 weeks ALL the plastic corner clips have broken so it will not hold my Samsung device, it just falls out of the case. Don't waste your money on this item it's rubbish.
