Does the heart rate monitor still work without premium service?

Yes!! Almost all features have worked for me without a subscription.

Does this product work in australia as well as usa? and what is the cost for premium fitbit?

It should work worldwide. Premium is usually free for 6 months when you buy a new watch or tracker. After that it's like $10 a month or you can buy it a year at a time.

I dont understand how this has same features as the sence 2 and costs way less ? Or does it have all features as sence 2? Does this so you texts,

It wasn't the sense. It was seller. They did however reimburse me. I needed watch to do dexcom. Sense wouldn't. Sense 2 works great.

Absolutely, wore it all summer in the pool.
