Arrived quickly
This was good value for the price paid, a lot cheaper than direct from the company or other stores. It arrived well packaged. We were dubious about buying it at first but so glad we did, it looks great on the wall. It has many features and we liked the fact that both pebbles and log effect came with it.

Nice focal point to the lounge
We purchased this electric fire for our lounge to supplement the central heating, particularly on those cold mornings when a quick burst of heat is needed. It achieves that aim perfectly well. The fire also has a nice flame effect with choice of colours which makes it a pleasant focal point. It even has backlighting so the aesthetic permutations are endless! We also like the fact that the unit is fairly slim and doesn’t project too much from the wall. On the down side the installation instructions are not the easiest to follow and there is no adjustability of the fixing brackets so you need to get it 100% right first time. Finally the fan is not silent but in fairness it’s within acceptable limits. Overall for the money a decent buy.

Electric tru flame wall fire
Really Great Wall fire . Exceeded our expectations. Heats our big lounge well, quiet to run and looks very good. Easy to fit, can change colour of flames also you can have the Brilliant log effect or the pebbles, plus you can have the flame effects on with no heat output. Recommend to anyone

Nice fire, good value
Excellent item for the price, good looking, easy to install and complements the living room beautifully. Remote control is nice but not essential as the top controls do the job. The heating element is at the top of the casing so I found I could pack the surplus power cable safely behind the fire, there is just enough of a gap to do so without crushing the cable or having it coil up next to the heat source.

Perfect!
Just what I wanted to recreate a fireplace on a blocked up chimney breast. Looks great, works perfectly. I would highly recommend, and look out for discount offers. I did, and saved £60.
