up set my stomach
This Chanca Piedra did not like me. Maybe I made it too strong. I would drink it down and in a few hours it would come back up. I tried it several different days apart. i would throw up again. Then finally gave up on it. Maybe it was cleaning some kind of sickness out of me. Anyway, I threw it out so I would not be tempted to try it again.

Powder Itself is Good…Doesn’t Taste Good
This product itself is great. It’s a nice powder and it comes sealed well so it doesn’t get powder anywhere while being shipped. It doesn’t taste amazing but many herbs don’t but I take them for their benefits. This particular one needs to be taken on an empty stomach (1/2 to 1tsp with water 1-2 hours before or after meals) 2 times a day.
