Does this come in an other colours as my daughters not keen on black?

Hello, there is a pink version with a bottle on the side. Just type 'Smash Pink' in the search box and it will appear. Kind regards, Lunch Bag Land

Will this bag keep my lunch cold for at least 4 hours without the need for an ice pack?

I very much doubt it , but a handy tip is freeze a drink ( plastic bottle) and use instead of an ice pack to save space !! Works really well 👍

Does it keep the food hot/warm?

Anything that is insulated is designed to keep cold items cold, or hot items hot so, yes, the Lunch Bag will keep items hot/warm for a certain length of time. Kind regards, Lunch Bag Land

does this have a compartment to fit a ice pack in?

No! There are no internal pockets or compartments inside the lunch bag.
