Perfect! The reviews seem a bit hit or miss but I gave this ago as I can't find my usual Veet upper lip hair removal cream anywhere!! I am pleasantly surprised- no bad smell, no tingling or pain! Made sure I did it for 4 minutes only, and then I like to put some coconut oil on the area afterwards as it can get dry. 5 stars! My new fave!

I purchased this for my mother. I usually get Veet for her but decided to try the Nads product. Verdict: Total waste of money. The instructions were adhered to the letter but the product didn't remove ANY of the old lady facial hairs not one! It does get uncomfortable apparently creating a burning sensation on the skin. The soothing cream included helps hence the single star rating. Later in the week I had to go out and get a packet of Veet which did the job for her. A waste of time and money. I don't recommend!!!

Smells like immac! Why can’t these hair removers smell nice!! Tried and tested not for me didn’t remove very well and I have light hair.. return to wax strips as they don’t smell..

OK, so I have VERY sensitive skin caused by an allergic reaction about 5 years ago. Since then I have been unable to use the Nair or Boots versions of this product that I had previously used. When I tried they caused swelling and a rash, and it was so uncomfortable that I haven't even tried anything else for over a year. But this stuff is the answer to my problems. I put it on my face for 5 mins and the hair was gone. Admittedly my hair is fine and easy to remove, so I didn't need to leave it on any longer. It did leave the skin a little rough/dry, so I put a little dermal cream on instead of the provided balm (in case of a reaction that one reviewer had spoken of) and it was fine. No swelling or marks. Very happy with this and will keep using and buying it.

It works. Doesn’t seem to irritate the skin at all. Leaves no hair. Downside: it absolutely stinks when you’re applying. Smells awful.

Doesnt work. Tried leaving on for the recommended 4 minutes and it didn't remove anything. Tried again the next day leaving on for the max 10 minutes and still didn't remove anything

Removes fuzz, but doesn't even weaken those menopausal hairs at all. Moisturiser left skin feeling nice after though.

When I first received this. I couldn’t wait to use it. I thought it was Nair. But it’s Nad's. So I left it my chin and upper lip for 5 minutes like the direction said. (This is when I first used it.) And it didn’t work. So I waited to use it again for a month cause I didn’t think that it would work again. This time I left it on for 10 minutes and this time it worked. I used a spatula that comes with my other hair removal. And it came off really good. I think I didn’t leave it on long enough when I first used it. I think I read the amount of time wrong. But I’m so glad that I didn’t have no irritation after. Now my upper lip and chin feels better.

I applied it on my daughter's face (she's 9). It didn't work. I applied it for 5 minutes and removed it according to the instructions. I am uncertain whether I should have applied it for a longer duration or if she is too young, but I am curious to know if it has been unsuccessful for other individuals.
