Popped right into place on my 2026 Sierra 1500 AT4 without any excessive persuasion or force. As described, yes they sit ever so slightly above the bed but nothing that is a deal breaker for me. Looks good!

Pressure fit, not a locking clip
Fits fine, they have a top edge, so they do not go flush when a plastic top rail on the bed. Less than 1/8 above flush. tight enough to stay in.

I would buy the OEM insert for a better fit.
Does not easily fit '26 Ram 2500 stake pockets. The flared top of the insert causes the piece to stick above the bed rail.
