Zaza - Cow Horn - Oud Risha/Reeshe/Plectrum/Pick (2xCow Horn - 135 Blond)

I purchased a lot of picks as well as risha. By far this is the nicest cow horn risha on Amazon. I will be buying more!🪕suggestion, could you please start making them in different thicknesses?

Nothing but cheap plastic. Shame on Amazon for selling such a scam! I put a flame to it and it melted just like plastic.

The picks are very thin and feel plastic. I returned them.

It worked well for my husband, but a piece broke off during his performance. He's using the other end now which isn't as tapered so it requires some extra effort.

I've recently begun to play the oud, but all I had were flimsy plastic rishas... I wanted something made of a harder material. I saw these and figured I'd give one a try. Well, I got mine in the mail just now and the material is exactly what I wanted, nice and firm, but the risha doesn't lie flat. Both sides are bent to a varying degree, and although the bend is slight, it does make playing more difficult. (see pictures attached) Imagine playing a guitar with a bent pick... you'd (I'd) just grab another one because it needs to be flat.I knew I was taking a chance with the material, but at $20 for a single risha, I expected a better product.

These are plastic picks to me

While the timbre of a risha like this is nice, the flexibility was uneven and it started to split. I was using this with a cümbüş so results may be different with a nylon strung oud.
