Repeat buy, this product works for me to control my snoring, have been using these for several years. They do deteriorate over time, unsurprising as they are living in the digestive juices of your mouth for 8 hours every day of the year. I know it’s time to get a new one when I’m criticised for snoring, they usually lest about a year. But are well worth the money.

This was a load of rubbish it melted in the hot water I was supposed to use for it to mould in to shape. Also way to big for my mouth and I imagine this would be the case for most people don’t buy save your money!

A bit bulky and uncomfortable but I am going to try remoulding it again. I'm guessing it works though as I'm no longer getting woken in the night haha

1st this junk needs to be put in hot water that you need to get the temperature perfectly right otherwise it will either not mold on your mouth shape or it will melt too much, ok after you manage to get this right then another issue comes, while you hold this thing in your mouth you'll produce a lot of saliva to a point where I can't see the possibility of sleeping with this in your mouth. Completely disappointed and fooled by other "reviews"

My mom was struggling with her sleep and kept waking up in the night, this has really helped her, she said it's worked really well for her and that she'll continue to use it in the future.

Seems to work most nights for my husband. So definitely a more peaceful sleep for me.
