Great bit of kit, capsules are read by on board reader, so perfect coffee every time

I really like this machine. The coffee it produces is delicious and feels like something you'd get at Starbucks. Definitely a cut above regularly brewed coffee. I don't know much coffee lingo it's frothy and bubbly. Really like the texture of this coffee. I would recommend ordering your pods off the Nespresso website instead of Amazon. The pods on Amazon seem overpriced and there's less selection. I even ordered pods that I thought worked with the machine, but they're the wrong size. On the Nespresso website, there is an awesome selection of pods and flavours. And they actually delivered quickly, within two days. The only small complaint I have is the coffee doesn't always come out hot enough, especially after adding milk. I don't think the water comes to a complete boil. Sometimes I pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds. Other times the temperature seems fine, like able to drink immediately but not necessarily as hot as it would be if you boiled water. Anyways, really happy with this purchase and the ease of use. I definitely recommend.

For the price range this is a great machine suppling hot coffee time and time again

This coffee machine was a great purchase! I am not someone that typically drinks coffee, but my boyfriend does, and so do a lot of my friends, as well as my parents and other family members. So it is nice to now offer them a coffee from a proper machine rather than using a kettle and using pre crushed coffee. It is also super easy to use, and there is also an app that come with it so you can control the machine from your phone even if you wanted to which is super cool! This machine is super simple, and all the items are easily detachable for cleaning which is great.

I'm a big fan of this machine. I managed to pick one up on an early Black Friday deal at £57.99. The machine itself came with 12 free pods, you can then register the machine with Nespresso for the warranty and pick up an extra 100 pods for free. If you then sign up with Nespresso's subscription service you get the first month free and can get another 50 or so pods for free. In my case that's the machine, delivery and 162 free pods for £57.99. Not too shabby at all. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, I'm well aware that this isn't the 'best' or 'artisan' coffee but as someone who bought this machine to replace a 8 year old drip filter machine with a mesh basket (usually filled with whatever pre-ground coffee is cheapest) it's absolutely perfect. The pods are expensive, there's no two ways about that. There are alternatives, you can buy reusable pods from Amazon that you fill yourself but that takes the convenience aspect of this machine away for me. My Mum actually uses a coffee bag crammed into an old Vertuo pod that she saved and that also works perfectly fine. If you're like me, somebody that wants nothing more complicated than reaching for a pod and pressing a button first thing in the morning, and enjoys espresso as well as longer drinks I can heartily recommend this machine. If you're a coffee connoisseur or somebody that appreciates the nuances of different roasts and flavour profiles steer well clear. Nestle own Nespresso and they have some pretty shady business practices also, keep that in mind when weighing this up.

Had product less than 12 months, now top lid will not close anymore, product support seems only for new purchases. Bad… would I buy another one?

Very good. It's just the cup holder which let's it down. Very easily knocked off spilling cup contents.

habe in deuschland eine kaffemaschiene bekommen mit englischen stecker habe jetzt adapter bestellen müssen um zu testen ob mir der kaffe schmeckt ist das erstemal das ich bei amazon unzufrieden bin hoffe das ich mit den adapter die maschine bedienen kann sonst muß ich sie zurückschicken

Muß mir stecker oder Kabel besorgen, kein test möglich optisch sehr gut. Stecker besorgt.kaffee gut Alles gut. Sehr zufrieden.

Cuidado con comprar con Amazon uk que te dicen que tiene las mismas garantías y no es cierto llega la cafetera es defectuosa se le escapa el agua sale café malo, intento devolverla ,el primero que me atiende le digo que no tengo impresora y dice no pasa nada la pondrá el transportista ,pero miro las instrucciones y no ,el segundo que me atiende me dice que si no que lo escriba a mano yo ,el tercero que si no que Page yo los gastos de devolución aunque tengo prime y todo esto por no tener impresora . CUIDADO lo que estoy viviendo por querer tomar un café .

I bought this coffee machine 3 weeks ago , and I am happy with it . The only disadvantage from the old coffee machines is that you don't find coffee Capsules from other manufacturers like Starbucks
