Perfect for the underneath back of your heel
I already have the ball of the foot gels from scholl and the underneath of the back of the heel compliments these on my open toe sandals. A little expensive, but worth it for a comfy shoe.

I’ve only had these a few weeks, but having the extra cushioning does support achy heels! But sure how long they will last!

These are absolutely fantastic, I have them in my heels to stop them from causing blisters and aches in my feet while dancing and with these in I have had neither once! I also got some for a friend who has some older boots which had a piece of metal from the base coming through the soul and again these worked perfectly and have helped to make the boots completely wearable again. Love them, think I might have to buy another set when I get some new heels :)

The best I've tried
Very good quality. I put these in my over 4 inch heels and they grip very well, even with tights. Good for work or going out. I've tried so many brands and these work the best and last the longest when re-used. They could be a little softer to give more cushion but I guess the whole point of this product is that it's very thin.

I've put them in my shoes but to be honest I can hardly feel the difference. There doesn't feel like any support they're too flat. Useless if you have heel pain don't bother.
