Generally very good but risk of one or more blocks being cracked on arrival.
Good service and quality salt. Would be five stars but this was 2nd time that at least one block has been cracked on arrival.

Don't look any further, this is all you'll need, lasts me nearly a year buying like this so great value and works really well. I had a washing machine repair and the guy said its like new inside, also a boiler service, the guy said to me he can see I've not had the boiler that long (it's 12 years old) so this salt is brilliant at doing its job as well was great value.

Good salt
Delivered by Evri - to the door even though the parcel was very heavy. I’ve had salt from other suppliers who do not deliver to the door, only roadside. So thanks Amazon!

Good product
Same sort of price if you bought directly. Use in Kinetico water softner so need to order manufacturers product. Arrived on time and 3 block of two is good amount to store.

The salt blocks really make the water soft

Not totally satisfied with the delivery itself
The product itself is fine, seems to do the job it’s intended for, however, we’ve had 2 deliveries now, 1st was fine, 2nd delivery, every block was broken. I know the boxes are heavy, but when you open the bag and find you have 2 jigsaws, it’s not really doing what we want it to, because it’s hard to get the blocks into the softener chambers.
