Disappointed!

The hat was so bent up that there was nothing I could do to make it even resemble the picture. It look like it was two-toned on the picture but it wasn’t. I had pictures but I deleted them before the review. It has a permanent crease in the middle of it. I was sad because I was excited about this hat. If it comes in an envelope, beware.
