Cateye Fahrradklingel PB-800

I purchased the cube travel pro bike 2 months ago and it came the Knog oi bell which i thought would be a great bell. It was shocking and broke in a month because the spring stretches too fast and then it renders it useless. I saw this bell because it was cheap and Cat eye is a reuptable brand and it had good reviews. Well what do i think......Love it, really loud, small and compact, works in the rain (some do not), well made and easy to fit but this is its only flaw. It can be removed very easily without tools as it's a screw thread like the cateye lights. Can be stolen easily.Other than that an amazing bell for the money

I’ve rode bikes for years and have had a few bells in my time. But this is the best so far, and value for money. It’s a loud and clear bell.

It’s a small bell that doesn’t take up a lot of bar space, which is really important on a mountain bike’s bar already full of levers for seat dropper posts, shocks and attachments for phone, lights and computer mounts, so it manages to squeeze into the small gaps of real estate that are available thanks to the narrow mount design. The bell speeds up my riding as most people do react to the bell, when they hear it. It perhaps isn’t the loudest bell though.This only really works properly in dry conditions too. When it’s raining, instead of a distinctive ring, it makes a much harder to hear quick metal tap sound, which renders it useless in practice.So, it’s a dry weather bell, that doesn’t take up much handlebar space and works well enough, but better bells are available with their own pros and cons.

Bought after another brand broke too easily. This is very easy to fit, and will fit on almost any size of bike handle bar or even the down-tube if you want. It's very, very loud, which is great because my toddler loves pinging it constantly. I mean because everyone can hear me coming, even over headphones most of the time.

I like how small it is , doesn't look out of place on my sons expensive bike. Quality piece of kit.

I already own an excellent Cateye front light. This is another great product from them. Plenty of room to tighten onto any handlebar, tightening mechanism is very easy to use and strong. Good bell, well made product, no longer any need to shout at pedestrians

I wanted a bell that wasn't too ugly and that was easy to install/remove. Being made by cateye I had no doubt that it would be OK.I bought it predominantly to warn runners and dog walkers of my approach, when using cycle paths ( which are apparently for dogs on stupidly long leads) and shared public trails.The Bell has a move able thumb button thingy which is a nice touch, and is Louder than I expected it to be. It gives a really clear tone, and the only people that failed to hear it are, the profoundly ignorant.I'll never need another bell, but if I do I'll buy this again.

Light, goes anywhere, don't have to shout at people on the trails / paths (you should be shouting even if you don't have one of these). It is loud enough and different enough that even some jogger with headphones could probably still figure out that you are there. Haven't tried it on a Bear yet, but the more noise the better if you are afraid of startling the wildlife.

Idealny dzwonek do roweru szosowego. Można go zamocować tak, żeby go mieć zawsze pod kciukiem w normalnej pozycji dłoni na klamkomanetce. To nieprawda, że nie można zmieniać rotacyjnie pozycji wyzwalacza. Wymaga to ciutkę siły, ale jest jak najbardziej możliwe. :)
