No after sale support.
I bought this laptop on 5th Aug. However the product has some issues so I request a return for this product. Amazon arrange an technician who never visited my place to check my laptop. I was waiting for the technician till the time return period out of TAT. Now I have a faulty device with no support from Amazon's side. Very bad experience this time.

Waste of money. Bad Quality.
Don't buy this laptop useless. Had Camera and mic issues, got a WHR and then newly replaced one had motherboard issues. Such a bad product truly disgusting. Utter waste of time and money.
