Size: I usually wear medium, will I get medium or large?

I would get the large if you want the top loose like the photo. Also the tutu (skirt) is a one size fits all. It is stretchy elastic waisted but runs a bit smaller.

Is the skirt a one size or is that sized based on s,m,l, xl? Wasnt syre if the size option is just for the shirt or for skirt too

The skirt is one size. The shirt is based on the size option you chose from.

My daughter wants this as a costume she is in a child 14/16 will this fit if I get it in a small?

Our Costume is true to its size, you can check on the size chart in the listing images to select what will fit perfectly. In the event that it won't, you will always have the option to return it back to Amazon for free.
