can it froth cold milk?

Hi Kitty. Yes, it froths cold milk very well so could be used for cold chocolate milk etc. It is an excellent product. Takes about 30 seconds of pumping to get the milk to the really frothy stage.

Hi apolgies for the delay in responding, the frother is 5.5 inches / 14cm (not inc the lid) with lid 7.5 inches / 19cm tall and width is 5 inches / 13.5 cm, it holds nearly 2 standard mugs, I use mine alot. You will need to fine tune your milk quantity / water to your likeing, I usually make mine all with milk and heat in the microwave (in a plastic/glass jug) and then pour into the frother and froth 20 times, again the frothyness is to your own likeing, my mum does half hot water and half milk heats in microwave in seperate jug then froths, you can also use it to froth hot chocolate and if you buy liquid milk shake flavouring you can froth for milkshakes, the milk does not necessarily need to be hot, hope this helps.

will this work on induction cooker, will a magnet stick to it stainless steel should work

Despite the fact that a magnet does stick to the base, it does NOT work on an induction hob.
