No. But it could probably hold two electric toothbrushes.

Is there non skid on the bottom?

No. It has a plastic bottom and doesn't move easily.

Have you tried using suction cups with these, and if so did they work?

I just placed it on the corner of the sink and I've had no problems with it falling over or forward its a great item.
