Organic Triphala

About 2 years ago I had terrible constipation, 7 days or more without going. Then when I did go the color was terrible. So I visited my doctor and was told the usual...eat more fiber, drink more water, eat yogurt, take some unnatural prescription drugs and so on. To be honest that helped a little but the constipation came back again. In my research I came upon a short review of Triphala by Dr. Weil, known for his "non-drug" therapies. He said Triphala was non-addictive, easy on the system and made from 3 fruits. So I tried it. It took a week to act but the results have been great! I now go every day and feel my system is "emptying-out". To be honest I tried a tablet form of Triphala which did not work. This capsule works great. I just take 2 in the evening before dinner and either that evening or the next morning I have a bowel movement. Highly recommended...works great!

I've been taking True Veda's Triphala supplement one capsule daily for over a week, and I'm already noticing some positive changes, like reduced bloating and increased energy levels. Love that the ingredients were organic. And the small, easy-to-swallow capsules are a bonus, especially for someone like me who doesn't like large pills. This product worked within days , I was suffering with digestive issues for months due to a diet change. I read that this product was nurturing,rebalancing & replenishing to the digestive tract . I was sceptic but wow what a difference. I went onto to purchase another product ,Amla (which has a very high vitamin C content (HAVEN'T TRIED YET). I feel this company has made huge efforts providing us with pure ,organic quality products & should be rewarded. The packaging is also beautiful & the their attention to detail matters. This arrived in good time, I like the packaging and could tell the capsules are of a good quality. I took one morning and night. I am mindful that sometimes you need a few months of a supplement in the system to start reaping the benefits and with triaphala this can be the case to really start to clear out the ama etc. With the exception of possibly sleeping better, I did not notice anything else. I had bought it to assist with gut issues and have decided to buy some probiotics instead.

I use this in the context of IBS. Tried probiotics before with some benefits however tried this on it's own and regulates me quite well especially reducing bloating. I have yet to try combining Triphala and a Probiotic product. Worth a try for anyone suffering with IBS. Takes a couple of weeks to unfold. As most IBS sufferers know modern medicine doesn't have much on offer for IBS. Always get diagnosed as bowel cancer and IBS as well as infectious causes need to be excluded. Worth a trip to the GP. But don't get angry with the doctor once IBS is diagnosed. There isn't really much science have come up with hence the doc can't prescribe or advise when knowledge is still lacking. Lots of theories about food intolerances or having the wrong balance of bowel organisms. Worth trying some exclusion diets as well such as going gluten free even if you don't have the antibody to be classified as a coeliac.

I have bought this 2 weeks ago and started straight away. It definitely works. Packing definitely deserve 5 stars, I may come and back and change my rating for product after I have finished the bottle.

Many years of slow digestive transit only unnaturally eased with medication that left me bloated, gassy and back to square one has been helped!!
