But for real. I have an Anatolian Shepherd and she takes massive poops and this is useless with it. It just cuts it in half and makes a bigger mess. Great with my mini Doxie, not so much with the beast lol

I have been using this for nearly a year and it works very well. Bending over to pick up poo is difficult for me especially when the dogs want to keep moving and this was a great solution for me. The rubber band provided did dry out and break. I have been using elastic hair ties. It would also be nice it the opening for the trash bag was a little bigger. It’s a little difficult to empty the poo bags after our walks.

Even tho at times it won’t pick up the whole thing, I rather use this than any other scooper.

Having had foot surgery and unable to bear weight for 6 weeks, I knew I would be walking my dog from a wheel chair & unable to reach the ground to clean up after my dog. Figuring this would probably just be a waste of my money but had to try something, I purchased it. BOY HAS IT BEEN A LIFE SAVER! The directions that come with it are not helpful at all. Took a while fiddling with it before I figured out that the thicker part on the handle actually moved up/down, which brought out a claw from the end of the "cone". It was pretty stiff at first but loosened up after a few passes. I practiced picking things up with it in my home (tennis ball, dog toys), then went for the real test. It took some figuring out, but after I figured out that if I opened it up all the way (with prongs out all the way opened), then put the bag on, pushed the bag down in the middle of the prongs (to leave an open space for things to go instead of fighting with a tighter bag stretched across there), put that orange rubber band just above the shaft on the cone (loosely...tight will be counterproductive), it worked beautifully! (Can't help much with diarrhea)I highly recommend this product!!! It DOES work! The lady that reviewed this & said she had flying turds made me laugh, but I can't for the life of me figure out how she found herself in that situation. 😂 Makes me giggle still though, as I would have liked to have seen it! It had to have been quite the laughable moment! That being said, anything IS possible! 😂 If I get a flying turd, I think I'll fall out laughing!Get it! It WORKS! You may have to fiddle around to see what works best for you, but it does a great job! I'm really glad I took the chance and ordered it! 👍🏼✌🏼

It works well, especially if you are only cleaning up a few piles. Our pup seems to like to poop & walk so it doesn’t work super well for us because it uses up most of the bag each time you use it. It seems you can “pick up” at most 3 times before you have to twist the bag closed & we need more uses in one go.This would be great for anyone who’s pup poops all in one pile though!

I have two full grown labs, and this device works better than I had expected. After learning to use it, I have had 100% success rate picking up after my dogs. As a senior citizen, I no long need to strain my back bending over to pick up my dog’s waste. A truly wonderful tool!

I have mobility issues, just recently got a puppy but I hadn't taken her for a walk because I can't bend over to clean up after her. I so I went on Amazon and looked around. I was about to order a $20 poop scooper but I didn't like that it looked bulky and it was only around 32", I kept looking and found this one. I was a bit hesitant because it only scores at a high 43% favorable review. I must say that I am so glad that I ordered this poop scooper, at 38" high it is a snap to pick up after my pup. I can't talk about durability since I've only had it for a couple of days but with its one-year warranty, I think I should be golden. Honestly, I am surprised that this doesn't have a higher review rating. So far so good, now we have to see how durable it is.

This is a great device for cleaning up poop without bending over. So glad I bought it!

I am on the older side of the curve, at least that's what my kids tell me, and have back problems as well. This device is great for not having to bend over to the ground on a walk with the dog. Its much lighter than most similar devices, easy to carry and can even function as a walking stick in a pinch :-) Also once you capture it in the bag, its pretty easy to just carry without having to do anything else until you get to the next trash can.

Searching for a good one and so far this is the worst sorry, for not returning this for a refund I just put it down as a lose!

i am disabled with a service dog. this hands free-no bending over pickup stick is perfect. my large breed=Large poops are easily picked up even if it takes 3 tries to get it all. 1 month of use so far so good.

This will absolutely shoot turds across the sky, if you don’t tie the bag while it’s still being held by the claw. It’s genuinely hilarious, if you’re into that sort of thing.
