Easipet Pink Metal Dog Cages (24")

A lovely crate which I big enough for my Jack Russell to sleep comfortably in. It wouldn’t be strong enough for a larger dog as it’s not heavy duty metal but it’s grand for a small dog. Love the pink colour too!

It's just like the picture and big. I have a malinos x and she is 4 months and there is still enough room to do her another month or 2 in this.Well hope soo the size she is growing at but it is quite big if you need for a big dog.I ws not happy at all with delivery though as I was very lucky at home because although my dog is a pup she was playing in garden n barked at delivery man , the delivery man decided to not leave parcel with a neighbor or even inside garden he left it outside in the street. I was FUMINg really ANGRY especially for the PRICE I paid for this. Only I heard my dog bark I opened the door to see man walking away n thought it was about electric or something n called after him he said.. I couldn't get in so I just left it there n then walked off.If I had not been in or heard dog.. then I wouldn't of had my cage n someone would of stolen it. That would of been a total waste of money.Delivery is bad n be careful with them.

This is a good crate for small dogs. I have a 2kg chihuahua puppy and it’s perfectly sized for her. It’s not the most robust crate and some of the paint was scraped off when it arrived. But it does the job I need it to - a crate for pup to sleep in. So overall happy with it.

what a bit of kit this is , my dog is a girl , or should i say a tom boy , she loves it and i love the colour .

Mine arrived damaged and was offered £3.99 off as a discount which wasn’t great but having tried this out with my puppy it’s apparent that the height of the cage door is quite high especially for my mini dachshund. We’ve had to create a ledge for her to use to jump from to avoid her hurting her stomach. Positives is It was easy to put together and the removeable tray is helpful. I wouldn’t bother getting a coloured crate because the paint just comes off when chewed.

I was using a metal rabbit run (indoors obviously) as a night time crate for our new puppy.The run I had was 100 cm by 80 cm which although gave her a nice amount of space ( for a tiny 4lb Cavapoo pup (KC Cavalier Spaniel x toy poodle) , being so big meant that she was not seeing it as her bed, which is crucial to house training.Buying this cage worked a treat. Although it is tiny compared to her run, at 30'' or 76 x 53 cms, you could fit 3 of her side by side and it will see her through until she is fully grown. It's tall too so feels nice and airy. The metal is a good, strong, heavy type. There is a front and side door. The sliding bolt is safe and secure. It took seconds to put up (no instructions or tools required; just my style!) There is a carry handle and clip making it easy to fold back up if needed. The crate has worked a treat; now that pup views it as her bed, that instinctive desire to keep it dry and clean means that from 10 weeks she could hold on through the night and wait until she was let out at 6 a.m. We lined it with a thick crate mat then placed her little sofa bed on top with her pillow on top of the sofa bed. Her coop bowl clips on easily for access to water without any spills. She went in straight away and although she cried for 10 minutes or so the first night ( I stayed up through the night to help settle her) she was fine and happy in it ever since. The shade of pink is stronger than it looks in the photo. Very happy with the crate and will continue to use at night, until she is around a year old, as recommended in the training books :-)
