I have/had severe leaky gut and autoimmune issues. I have cleaned up my diet, supplemented with l-glutamine and digestive enzymes, but was still experiencing chronic symptoms. The last piece of the puzzle appeared to be repopulating my gut with beneficial bacteria. I was correct. I am glad I chose this probiotic, because the results, even in just two weeks, have been incredible. I took double the dose, i.e. one 50 billion capsule twice per day and my inflammation has vanished. My digestion is running like a German train system, exact same time everyday. I can't promise you'll get the same benefits, because there are a lot of variables like diet, etc. that need to be altered when dealing with gut issues. However, in terms of its quality, this probiotic is as good as any. I contacted Naturelo because I was curious about the specific breakdown of the 11 strains over the 50 billion CFUs. This is not specified on the bottle. They timely replied and provided me with the following info – L. acidophilus: 10 billion L. plantarum: 10 billion L. rhamnosus: 5 billion L. paracasei: 5 billion L. salivarius: 5 billion L. casei: 5 billion S. thermophilus: 2 billion B. longum: 2 billion B. lactis: 2 billion B. breve: 2 billion B. bifidum: 2 billion I've just ordered my second bottle. I have been taking this probiotic over 5 months so far. I can see the difference. Before trying out this product, I have taken several other products (Solga, Garden of life, Nutracraft, Swansom..etc) over 4 years, which have not helped me much, although they had mostly 50 billion CFU. I can clearly see the difference when I go to toilet, my stool colour has been better. I don't have problems related to constipation nor diarrhea with this product. I have been suffering from IBS (irritable vowel syndrome) and I feel better with this product, I don't have much pain on my intestine any more. I did not have any uncomfortable stomach either ( i have sensitive stomach so I am extra careful to choose the right one for me ). I have a gluten sensitivity. This is Gluten free and 100 percent natural so I am very please with this product. I can rely on the quality. I think I have tried different brands so far, It is better to find the one which works the best. In my case, I have got some benefits from this product, I will keep taking this product for my health.

I was really skeptical before taking these as I have never taken any Probiotics before! I suffer from chronic constipation and no matter what I do, it stays with me. I have to work really hard on my diet and exercise schedule every day to move my bowels the next day. Once I started taking these tablets (I take them empty stomach in the morning), I have noticed that I dont suffer from bloating that much. I usually take a lot of fiber as psyllium husk and natural laxatives like Figs and Prunes every day anyway, and combining those foods with this tablet has relieved me hugely with bloating and also my motion has become much better. I still need to do more exercise to keep it regular and I am hoping after a couple months I wouldnt need these tablets anymore. I only hope that the effect stays once i stop taking them. I will most likely keep rotating these with some other Digestive enzymes so my gut doesnt get used to these. Overall, happy with them while using :)

I really hate reviewing supplements as I've no proof that they have inside them what the container specifies. So please feel free to ignore this review. The capsules are stated as being vege / vegan and easy to swallow. I chose this brand because I've got a dose of Heliobacter for the 3rd time in about 10 years and can't face going through the 3 week / double mega dose of antibiotic treatment again as it makes you so ill (plus it probably isn't working if I complete the course and yet keep getting flare ups). Having done a lot of research this supplement contains the probiotics that are most likely to help (along with a load of other stuff I'm taking) to help my stomach rid itself of the pesky Heliobacter. Fingers crossed.

Having successfully introduced Naturelo's supplements for my sons, I decided to try their probiotic and vitamin B complex for myself and my husband. A couple of years ago, I started having digestive problems (similar symptoms to IBS) that, for once, couldn't be corrected by simply changing my diet. Optibac High Strength was recommended to me and I found that very helpful and had been using it daily since then. However, I recently discovered that Naturelo do a high strength probiotic that doesn't need to be refrigerated and wanted to try it for a change. Within a day, it made a big difference to my digestion, so much so that I've switched to Naturelo and have bought the next bottle. I'm grateful to Optibac for the benefits it gave me but I've now permanently switched to Naturelo's products because, as a broader range but still high strength supplement, it seems to have a much more beneficial effect.

I've been taking this supplement for years as adding a probiotic was recommend to me by my GI doctor. It works well. I've had little to no GI problems since taking this supplement. I also feel overall better. I highly recommend this.

It took me 3 weeks to notice a significant change to a problem that affected me for over 1 year and 6 month. This was after a started bloating and stomach pain and when I when to a doctor he found out I had H.pyroli and he treated me for one month but my symptoms never improved . On following up my research on Amazon.ae I noticed that probiotics would me a magic bullet for my suffering. When I researched farther on Amazon "NATURELO" was my best option and I guess I was right. I'm now going to order for a second bottle. Thank you NATURELO.
