Clip-Top Storage Jar, 2 Litre, Airtight, Glass, for Fruit, Vegetables, Coffee, Tea, Flour

I’ve always admired the traditional charm of Kilner jars, and this 2-litre clip top jar completely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Whether you’re preserving seasonal produce or just want to level up your kitchen storage game, this jar delivers in both looks and function. 🏡 What I Love About It: ✅ Generous Capacity: At 2 litres, this jar is just the right size for storing a variety of dry goods like pasta, flour, rice, or even coffee beans. I currently use it for homemade granola, and it keeps it super fresh and crunchy. ✅ Airtight Clip-Top Seal: The rubber seal and sturdy metal clip keep everything truly airtight. I tested it by storing ground coffee and noticed no loss of aroma over several days. It’s clear the seal does its job well. ✅ Durable, High-Quality Glass: The jar feels strong and well-made—thick glass that gives you confidence it won’t shatter at the first bump. I also love that the glass is clear, so you can always see what’s inside and how much you’ve got left. ✅ Aesthetic Appeal: Let’s be honest, part of the reason I bought this was for the aesthetic—and it delivers. It looks gorgeous lined up on an open shelf or counter. I’ve received compliments on it during more than one kitchen visit! 🍓 Great for Preserving Too: I haven’t done much canning yet, but I did use this to preserve some summer peaches in syrup—and it worked brilliantly. The clip locked tight, no leaks, and everything stayed fresh. 🧽 Easy to Clean: I wash mine by hand to preserve the seal, but it’s very easy to rinse and clean. The wide mouth also makes filling and scooping a breeze (no awkward funnel needed). 📝 Little Tip: Don’t put the rubber seal in the dishwasher—it can wear out quicker. Just a quick rinse under warm water and it’s good to go. 🎯 Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a reliable, beautiful, and long-lasting storage solution, this Kilner 2L jar is a winner. It's a functional piece of kitchenware that doubles as decor. I’ve already ordered a few more for flour, sugar, and pasta—they’re that good. Highly recommend for anyone into home cooking, preserving, or just stylish kitchen organization. 🫙✨

Love! Purchased a selection for organising a pantry, perfect for flour, sugar, pasta and oats as the clip close seal is really air tight and easy to pop open and closed. They look so pretty and organised! Some sizes were on offer so great value for money, others weren’t so had to order carefully. Very versatile and im sure can be used for lots of items, easy to use and look pretty in the pantry. Had to measure height before ordering to check they wouldnt be too tall for the shelves but they fit perfectly for me!

Suitable for emergency food shortage or disasters, etc., in accordance with government advice. I prefer purchasing larger jars because they are more practical for bulk storage. They are very good value when discounted.

Nice Jars, arrived broken. Poor packaging. Replacements arrived, each jar was in a bubble bag in a box which was in a massive box full of paper packing. Great jars @ a Great price. When i get more will purchase from a shop, less cardboard to sort out.

We use Kilner jars for many kitchen storage purposes. They are strong for glass, close tightly to preserve the contents, come in a variety of sizes and we like their "traditional" appearance.

Bought this to make damson gin for Christmas, just the ticket.

A large glass jar with a clip top that looks attractive and durable. Very well made and of good quality. The jar is very versatile Ideal for storing dry food, spices and also fluids as it is leak proof. Good value for money and recommended.

These Kilner airtight storage containers can be used for so many things I personally use mine for rice, pasta, lentil & couscous storage, that’s four staples of a diet that you should always have in as they last for years especially in an airtight jar. It’s a big jar it’s well priced it’s brilliantly built, simple to clean out, they are airtight which makes them leak proof for the brand & the price tag you can not moan.
