HealthAndYoga(TM) Stainless Steel Enema Kit with Complete Tubing - 2 Quart Container No Latex

After reading the health benefits of enemas I decided to go for it. I purchased this particular kit because the stainless steel bucket just seems a little more sanitary to me and seemed like it would hold up/last longer than plastic. I was afraid that using coffee for the enemas would eventually stain a plastic one and would look gross. This kit is great, I like how it has 2 different nozzles, a clamp, and the surgical hose which is plenty long enough when I hang the bucket from the towel rack and lay on the floor. It's easy to clean and works well, does not leak from connections. The bucket also has a hanger type thing on the back to hang it on a nail or something like that, kind of like an attachment on a picture frame. Now that I have been doing enemas for about 5 weeks or so, I could probably use something that holds more fluid, this holds about 5 cups when I hang it from the towel rack at an angle. I hang it at an angle so i can get as much of the liquid out as possible as the spout is not right at the bottom. Unless I'm going to do the 2 liters like some people do, this will suit me just fine.

The stainless steel enema kit is absolutely the best item of it's type out there. I have a serious health condition which has required my taking an enema daily for the past forty years. I have tried many enema kits and nothing even begins to compare to this stainless steel kit. I have set it up using a small wooden stepping stool on the bathroom countertop. I make a large pot of herbal tea (cleansing teas such as dandelion, alfalfa, milk thistle, etc.) and pour it into a pitcher, mixing it will cold water so it isn't too hot. It is easy to pour the tea, or coffee, or even plain water from the pitcher into the steel bucket. I place the bucket on a towel on top of the stool. It is nice to get it up high as it flows into your colon faster and easier. I then place a large towel on the floor, fold up a second large towel for my knees, and get comfortable. I keep a bowl on the floor to release the first bit of water and air bubble into. I wipe the tip by pouring alcohol onto a piece of cotton or toilet paper, to keep it cleaned off. The bucket rinses out well--I hold it up in the shower to run fresh water through the whole tube. I wasn't able to do such a thorough job before purchasing this wonderful enema kit. I highly recommend it for everyone. I think anyone can benefit from enemas and finally there is a product to support this important activity.

Ugh. How do you delicately write a review for this? Well, it does the job let's say. I like that it is stainless steel because I can sterilize it easily, making the vessel reusable and economical. The tubing is replaceable which is excellent. Two things I find challenging, shall we say. One is the spigot on the stainless steel vessel is positioned rather high which means you have to tilt the vessel which is important since I use a specific recipe/dosage. This leads to the challenge of draining the vessel while in an awkward state. And secondly, it would be helpful if it came with a secured leakproof lid. Which would allow me to hang the vessel and solve the first problem.

My autistic son has been needing an enema a few times a year since he was little. I have been buying enema bags and they have always worked well until they break, and then I have to buy another one. He is now 16 years old and 150 pounds. A few months ago, my son took an enema from the bag and it worked well. Then last week, I gave him an enema and it didn't work. I tried it again and still didn't work. That has never happened before. I got the feeling that the bag just wasn't getting enough water in him. So I went on Amazon and ordered this enema cup. I figured that with a cup, you can keep pouring water in when a bag might run out. It worked! Well, this Healthandyoga thing is definitely good quality, much better than the enema bags. The stainless steel looks shiny and sturdy. The tube is a firm plastic, unlike the bag tubes that form kinks often and had to be straightened out. This thing even has a colon tube, which I find rather interesting, though I haven't tried it. I imagine it is to inject water deep into the upper colon, which would probably make it work even batter. So I used this on my son. I had a gallon bucket of warm water ready, pouring more in as the water in the cup went down. I think I used like 3 quarts of water (the enema bags are about 1 quart) before water starts leaking out, and it worked! YES!

This kit does the job very well. It is very easy to administer. I found each piece in good condition and easy to use, including the clip. Today was my third time and best yet. Works well if you put it on a counter and then lie down on the floor with a towel under you. The small straight tip works well for the colon enema. Place the clamp near where the edge of the tubing meets the tip. Make sure you let the water (or solution) run freely through all of the tube first to let out air. Then clamp it. Then get into position. Lubricate tip don't forget (personal lubricants work well or good olive oil, just avoid petroleum jelly or mineral oil). I had no trouble opening and closing it with one hand. Good idea is to do in the morning before you eat. I look forward to my new routine. Also very easy to clean. Happy cleansing and be well! :)

I don’t know if they changed their supplier but this product is NOT what it used to be. This is my third purchase and this time it is not even comparable to the quality of my prior two purchases. First, the blue ends attached to the tubing are an absolute joke. It doesn’t just leak, it streams out very quickly and makes a huge mess. Second, as soon as I cleaned this product and ran hot water through it to sterilize it, it developed what appears to be rust on spots on the bottom. This rust looking area will not wipe or scrape off. Third, the bucket is smaller/shorter than before. The prior two purchases from this same exact listing would have received a 10 out of 10. This shipment? I feel like a one star is generous. Now I feel like I’ve wasted my money and need to search for an alternative for the first time in over a decade of use. This company needs to go back to what their product was before because the quality is now very low. I do not recommend.

I like this product very much, it is what it says it is and it is very easy to use. I found the whole idea very strange int he beggining about using enemas but i learned todo them and now it is part of my weekly routine, i save it for the weekend. but this product makes it very easy todo and i also bought the set of plastic tips togo with it. I use coffee enemas to prevent cancer , i read dr gersons books and saw the movie and i am a believer that doing coffee enemas really helps ones body, i can feel a difference in my body, i feel lighter and more calm since doing these coffee enemas the past 5 months.
