I’ve been buying Lindens Omega-3 Fish Oil (90 capsules) regularly for years and it’s one of my go-to supplements. It’s made in the UK and comes in a resealable pouch, which is convenient for storage. Pros • UK-made product from a brand I’ve used repeatedly. • Resealable packaging keeps everything tidy after opening. • Clear dosing options: you can take 1–3 capsules per day depending on your routine. • Good value on Subscribe & Save (I usually buy it on subscription). Cons • Capsules are quite large. I can swallow them fine, but if you struggle with big softgels, this may be an issue (you can’t really “split” a fish oil capsule). • Price can vary month to month on Amazon, even with subscription. How long it lasts (useful to know) • At 3 per day, a 90-capsule pack lasts about 30 days. • At 1 per day, it lasts about 90 days. Overall, a solid, reliable Omega-3 that I’m happy to keep ordering, but the capsule size and fluctuating price keep it at 4/5
