Exceptional customer service and gorgeous products :)
A few weeks ago my 12 year old daughter came home from school excited that they’d played ukuleles. I had previously tried to interest her in the piano / keyboard, recorder etc but she really wasn’t up for it.Anyway I jumped at her interest and googled ukuleles - shocked at how affordable they are I bought one from the Dangleberries, kind of expecting it to be a one week novelty job. So it turns out she loved it, then I tried it out and also loved it. I played guitar (badly) as a teen, and found the uke so much more forgiving, fun and stress-relieving.I then had to buy another one from the Dangleberries because we were both wanting to play it after school / work :)She now sits on her bed every day after school strumming away whilst watching YouTube / FaceTiming etc, while my new guilty pleasure is sitting down after feeding the family and learning new chords, and strumming everything from Oasis to George Formby (well it has to be done surely).I am now on a mission to get her x-box obsessed twin brother and her dad to share the passion! The ukes are fabulous quality, lovely sound, gorgeous colours (we now have both a light-blue and a purple one), and have given us such pleasure already. It is so easy to get music and tuition online for free too.Really happy with our purchases and thank you for such wonderful instruments! The customer service we have had from the Dangleberries is beyond exceptional. I have literally never experienced such personalised and enthusiastic emails from people that obviously love their music and have a passion for sharing their uke love!Thank you so much to this company for introducing my daughter to music after I have tried and failed for years, and for giving me back the spark to enjoy it again too. So much love for this company.

A good product for beginners for the price they sell it for
I really liked the colour of the ukulele. It was a bit more muted than what is shown on the website but that’s expected with any colours. It was super easy to start learning the ukulele and I could play a song after a few hours of practice. STRING STRETCHING IS IMPORTANT! Most of the bad reviews can be fixed by properly stretching the strings in, as expected with most string instruments. The sound is a little bit plastic sounding but that’s expected for the price. Unfortunately my fretboard was a bit scratched up but it’s not noticeable unless you are at arms length from the uke. Overall I’m very impressed and will carry on playing until I need an upgrade but I think this will last years as it’s quite sturdy

For the money this is a no brainer and it's so pretty in blue also
This was a kind of impulse and last minute purchase for my 10 year old daughter as a kind of stocking filler. Have to say I am over the moon with it and so is my daughter. It's simply delightful and extremely good value for a musical instrument. She has already learned a few notes and chords using YouTube and the very helpful online manuals and help files. It got many oohs and ahhs each and every time it was brought out to family and my daughter just loves it. I am sincerely hopeful that she will sooner rather than later be able to handle this as she already plays the violin. Having only 4 strings and getting to grips with this seems handy and I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone keen to learn.

A good ukulele that can get better
Before I start, I would say this ukulele as it comes out of the box is about 2 or 3 stars.Though it is playable, it just isn't an instrument you would want to play (no one wants to sound bad.)However, by replacing the strings with aquila ones, and filing the nut so the action at the first fret isn't so freaking high, you get a pretty good uke for what you pay.The manufacturing job is varied, my first had a tiny patch that was unpainted, while my second was actually built quite well but the saddle was not level :/ You have to put a bit in to get a dream uke but it's worth it.Overall, if you want a beginner uke, these are something that can be improved to sound better. If you can't be bothered to do the above, I highly suggest makala dolphin ukuleles.

Fantastic!
I bought this product in yellow as a beginner who would like to progress in their learning. Thanks to Malani's excellent product it has been going very well.I bought the product a few months ago now and did, at first, have a few issues with tuning - it would work itself out of tune quite fast. However, the seller included a free guide on string stretching that was invaluable and I now have no tuning issues. Also included with the product is a card with chord positions, this has been very useful to my learning and has saved me a lot of time. The carry case that comes with the ukelele matches the colour of the instrument that you purchase, which is a lovely touch. It is made of a rubbery feeling material on the outside which gives it great grip, but is smooth in the inside for ease when moving your instrument in and out.The product itself is durable and very sturdy, as well as very vividly coloured (the colour is captured very well by the provided product photographs).Additionally, the customer service provided by Malani is incredible. Truly, a fantastic seller. I would recommend this product to anyone, beginner or not.Thank you for selling such a good quality product!

Good for beginners
I guess it is a good value for money and the ukulele is adorable, however I didn’t want to overpay for my fist ukulele and...for that reason it seams reasonable okay, but I would buy a better ukulele in the future. It took me forever to stretch the strings and I have to do it after every single song I play... never happen with my guitar! The sound in my opinion is not the best compared to other ukulele I’ve tried to play with in the past, but again according to the price it’s good. Good for practicing. Good for beginners.
