Will this work for a star lighter?

Hi. I am not familiar with the star lighters but I don't see why this wouldn't work. I have used this in a zippo lighter and also in another lighter and it works just fine.

My lighter never got delivered, contacted the seller and had no response. Can somone give me advice,its been like a month after i bought it.

How did you pay ? Paypal will help or amazon customer services I’d imagine could help if you paid through them . With all the boarders shut it could just be stuck in transit
