I’ve bought this OGX Biotin and Collagen Volumising Hair Conditioner a few times now and it’s become one I keep coming back to. My hair can sometimes feel a bit flat, but this conditioner definitely helps give it a bit more body without weighing it down.It’s quite a thick conditioner so you only need a small amount. It spreads through the hair easily and rinses out well. After drying, my hair feels soft, smoother, and looks a bit fuller which is exactly what I was hoping for.The smell is really nice too, fresh and slightly sweet and it seems to last in your hair for a while without being too strong.Overall, it’s just a really good everyday conditioner that does what it says. I’ve used more expensive ones before that weren’t any better than this. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

I'm that type of person that buys shampoo from Poundland because it's cheap. Girls don't do that (LOL). If you love yourself spend some money on good quality hair products. Before quarantine happened, I didn't want to spend more than £1-2 on hair products because I thought shampoo is shampoo. They're all the same. Then I did some research and found out that there are harmful chemicals in hair products like sulfate that can damage your hair in the long run. It's my own fault that my hair is processed and I look like a witch (LOL). I also get dandruff from those Poundland shampoos.Anyways, I have flat and oily hair and I've been using the purple OGX shampoo and conditioner everyday for 1 month now and the results are great! It doesn't add volume to my hair and even if there is a shampoo that does, my hair type doesn't like volume anyways. It's as flat as the those flat earthers. What it does is, it makes my hair glossy, it doesn't give me dandruff, my hairy looks healthier and it adds a little bit of density. I also did an experiment for 9 days. For the first 6 days I went back and used those Poundland shampoos and the results were bad (LOL). In just 3 days I developed dandruff and an itchy scalp. Then for the next 2 days, I didn't wash my hair. For the last 3 days, I started using the purple OGX shampoo and conditioner again and guess what? My dandruff disappeared and my scalp stopped itching. That was soo cool. The reason it makes your hair look a bit thicker is because of the biotin and the collagen in the shampoo. They give protection layers on your hair strands to make it look fuller. They also help with hair growth too. It's like patching holes on a wall. After using the shampoo and conditioner for 3 days my mother went up to me, touched my hair and told me my hair looked a little thicker and healthier. It's not a cure for hair loss. It just makes your hair healthier and stronger day by day and prevents breakage. Oh and I forgot, the smell is really nice. It's smells like a flower mixed with coconut oil.Highly recommended. I'm glad I found OGX on Amazon. I'll probably try their other products.

Excellent product for me and my fellow menopause hair loss sufferers!!! My hair feels stronger, fuller and the hair loss seems to have greatly reduced

I decided to try this shampoo as it is marketed towards fine hair and claims to add thickness and volume. The product itself is pleasant to use, with a nice consistency that lathers well and spreads easily through the hair. It also has quite a clean and slightly sweet scent which is noticeable while washing but not overpowering afterwards. My hair feels clean after using it and it rinses out nicely after.Where it falls a little short for me is the volumising claim. While my hair did feel soft and reasonably healthy after washing, I did not notice a dramatic increase in thickness or fullness. There may be a slight lift compared with some basic shampoos but the difference is fairly subtle rather than a clear transformation for fine hair.Overall it is still a decent shampoo that cleans well and leaves hair feeling fresh but I would describe it more as a solid everyday shampoo rather than a standout volumising product. For that reason I would give it three stars.
